By using the mashroom platform or participating in this referral programme you are subscribing to both our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy as well as the specific terms of the Referral Scheme outlined below.

The Referral Scheme:

Once the landlord you have referred has listed a property with Mashroom by signing up via the invite link generated by your referral, you will be due the advertised reward of £100. For the purpose of the referral scheme a listed property is defined as a property that has successfully been approved by our team and has gone live on our website as well as having been published on Zoopla and Rightmove.

Please contact us and let us know when the property has gone live, we will then issue you the advertised reward of £100 within 7 days of being contacted.
