I have let my property through CPS homes cardiff since few years. Especially Tamara Price has been very helpful. All the staff are very experienced, give very efficient and professional service to landlord and tenants. I am highly satisfied with their overall service. They quickly send someone so tenants are happy. Staff know when and how to contact landlords, are able to find right tradesmen for repairs done quickly. they give valuable advice how to keep the property in best shape for letting including video advice and I did not have any period without-tenancy since I signed with them. I get timely rent to my account. I even bought the student property through CPS Homes. Their office is the biggest estate letting agent office I have seen!
Both Karolina and Chelsea were super lovely and helpful in answering our questions. They were honest and knowledgeable about the property we were looking at which made us more confident about the location! Again just really nice and friendly :)
The agent I spoke with, Chelsea S was very happy to help me and made everything very clear and easy to understand. I applied for my room and CPS came back to me within a day or two which is shows a type of professionalism that other letting agents, particularly student letting agents don"t always show. I was very happy with service. Would defo recommend.

This is an honest opinion from dealing with Keylet: Keylet is the KEY to a massive LETdown! This agency knowingly let out a flat with hostile & violent cotenants (the previous tenants had left after complaints). When the new tenants were forced to leave as well due to the abuse, Keylet refused to release them from their contract, neglecting their safety and wellbeing, and instead chose to demand rent for the months they were unable to live at the property and threaten with legal action. I advice to avoid if you can!
Beware! Keylet knew that some of their tenants were abusive and violent but let rooms to my friends anyway, who were forced to leave because Keylet refused to act. Now Keylet is demanding rent for when my friends weren't even there, and threatening their families with legal action. This is a review from my own experience of dealing with them. Irresponsible and untrustworthy! Avoid!

They've been really helpful a number of times, including having words with the maintenence guy (who has no link with the agency and is employed by the landlord) when I was waiting a long time to get a draw fixed. I haven't finished the tenancy, but I have no doubts it should go smoothly. I've been with a few agencies and they're definitely the most reliable so far. When I arrived to the office to collect my keys a woman, I think her name begins with G, was really polite and helpful. Ellis was especially responsive and reliable via email regarding tenancies. Craig has been great at sorting any concerns, one was actually a waste of his time bcos I thought a fire door was just a regular one, but he didn't indicate any frustration even though he drove over especially!
Went into the letting agent completely unplanned with no booking after being let down by another company. Ellis was super helpful and so welcoming. He spoke through my budget and showed me a complete range of places which were all within range of what I could afford. He was so professional and quickly built up a good rapport with him. He showed me properties that same day and put no pressure on to buy. Would 100% recommend Keylet to anyone, especially with Ellis there.

Fantastic experience with the agent Ella, very accommodating, experienced, very friendly and helpful. She had listened and acted professionally with our needs and wants for renting a property. We have worked with two letting agents in Treforest but have managed our student rental properties. Without discrediting the other we have chosen to stick with Let Right. They have managed a student rental properties for over 5 years now. They have never let us down, they always do what they say they're going to do I guess it's just a case of having been around a long time and they know exactly what they're doing. I strongly recommend them as they walk the talk!

I contacted a couple of local Estate Agents in Swansea with a view to selling my fathers property and was most impressed with Stephanie Vellacott of Belvoir. Stephanie was very professional and made sure we were provided with feedback after viewings. It was clear that Belvoir understand the local market and matched the right potential buyers on their books to the property for sale to avoid having time wasters. We were very pleased to have received an offer within a few weeks of it going on the market for sale. Stephanie and her team then liaised regularly with all parties involved to see the sale through to a successful completion - something that I feel is very important where other agents can sometimes let things drift along slowly with unnecessary delays. From listing the property for sale on 16/1 to accepting an offer on 13/2 and then the sale completed on 7/4. I booked two viewings for 2 different properties on Tuesday. The 'tenants cancelled' both and only gave me the option of viewing one which I agreed to on Friday. On Friday I turned up to the propery at a time agreed and the agent did not show! Baring in mind I had to travel over half an hour after a long week in work. When contacting pinnacle asking why there was nobody here they said they would investigate the problem and ring me back ASAP but I received no phone call what so ever. Very unprofessional, I would highly recommend never booking anything with these.
Never have I known anyone to lie so blatantly to someone's face. Had several problems with rats that was not sorted for months, there were CHEWED THROUGH BRICK, after sending someone out to "fix the issue" they put foam in all the holes, beyond me how they thought expanding foam would offer any resistance. Only after 2 months of calling did they send someone out who knew what he was doing and we had the problem resolved. My bed which had a broken support down the middle was not fixed for 3 months despite several reports and multiple visits from repair men. Having to sleep with a car jack holding up the bed to make it somewhat comfortable. But all of that can be excused for how poorly they have treated my friend a student from India who lives in another pinnacle property. He lost his key on the flight here and stayed at our accommodation for the night thinking we could get the problem resolved in the morning. We were lied to about a spare key being ten minutes away to call back 2 hours later to find no one had filed the issue and no one had been sent out. This is inexcusable and completely taking advantage of someone in a vulnerable position. Leaving no option but to pay over £100 to a locksmith to break in or try and retrieve another key from another flatmate who was no where near Cardiff. Any 5 star review has not been left by a student, I might go as far as to say any review above 1 star, 0 if possible has not been left by a student. Any positive review has been left by staff or by landlords who could not care less for the housing conditions of the students they are so obviously exploiting. How the get away with such exploitation is shocking and needs to come to an end, CPS Homes gets enough attention but Pinnacle are 100% on par if not worse than their competitors.

I was told an agent would reach out to me within 48 hours. However, I have heard nothing back and it has been over 2 weeks. It's a shame because their properties looked very nice from the pictures.
I found it to be a daunting task searching for a suitable property after moving to Cardiff. I contacted and visited many estate agents but didnt find any property that suited us. Finally I contacted Mr Ashley Ridler from Pinnacle properties and found a property that matched my requirements. After my first contact with Mr Ridler he immediately arranged a number of viewings for us giving us more options to compare with. After selecting a suitable property he also arranged required furniture to be delivered and all the paper work to be completed urgently. Almost everything was completed within a matter of a day. Although we faced few minor porblems subsequently these issues were also looked into and rectified by Mr Ashley Ridler and the team. Very happy with the excellent service and assistance provided by Mr Ridler and hence highly recommend Mr Ashley Ridler from Pinnacle properties.

As someone who was renting for the first time, Taylors really helped ease the process and assisted me the whole way through. I had been looking for the right property for over a month without much success (mostly due to the speed at which rental properties were being taken). I contacted Taylors regarding another property and spoke to Alice, who asked about what I was looking for in a property and took my contact details. Not even a week later, I was contacted directly with a property that was perfect for me, and was booked in to view the next day. I am writing this on behalf of my step son and his partner. My step son and his partner recently came in contact with property plus while in the process of buying a property. The property was placed on the market for more than the ‘market value’ price and the owner reduced the price to reflect the valuation performed by the valuation surveyor. While going through the process they found damp in multiple places around the property and also a hole located in the roof. They contacted Property Plus on multiple occasions, speaking to different personnel via email and telephone calls providing them with the evidence of their findings which were brushed under the carpet with “there is no hole in the roof” and “the owner has a damp certificate so there is no damp” and then PP suggested they pay for a damp surveyor, pushing them to use their own recommended man. My step son and his partner decided not to use PP’s recommend ‘man’ but instead paid for a independent specialist damp survey instead. They received a report which came back that the property had rising and penetrating damp in different areas along the gable end of the property and that the attic was soaking wet from where tiles had broken off and consequently been repaired. The insulation was still soaking wet and had not been taken up and replaced. During this process they came in contact with the owner of the property who stated he had been chasing the damp problem for over 2 years and has been trying different methods to try and rectify the damp problem areas. The information they found out from the owner contradicts the information PP supplied them with. Due to this, my step son and his partner feel betrayed by PP and feel they can not be trusted. They also felt they were biased towards the seller and didn’t have their best interest at heart. This has been an expensive and stressful experience for them both and one which could have been prevented if PP communicated better and were more honest and upfront. My stepson and his partner could have been getting the keys next week but instead they’ve wasted 10 weeks of their lives and are financially out of pocket.

Property plus recently sold my property. From the time Maria came to do the valuation I was always kept informed of any viewings and responses following the viewings. If I needed advice or general queries Jemma was always very knowledgeable and helpful. If the house I purchase is on sale with PP I have no problem trusting in them doing their best for both the seller and myself as the buyer.

What I'd say puts him above and beyond is that throughout the last 18 months he has kept in touch with me and offered updates and insights as to what is happening, even once his "part" was completed. Most of this was prior to having received even a penny from me, and he put in the offer for the house for me on his day off. He was both my first and last point of contact in regards to buying my first home and has been the most reliable and responsive person I have met on this journey. Well after dealing with a few very disappointing estate agents around the area of which I’d avoid in the future!! Me and my partner found these guys! And especially one guy called Ben! He took us on a tour of the Surrounding areas and showed us so many houses that he thought would suit us and boom he came up trumps! Honestly to anyone looking for a house to rent or buy in the area go to these guys and ask for Ben as he’ll more than certainly get you the perfect place!
Me and my boyfriend decided to move to Wales and whilst looking for places to rent within Pontypridd area, Ben helped us a lot. The staff at this branch are amazingly helpful and understanding and it's been my most positive experience of renting in Swansea so far. Any time I've had an issue, they've responded the next day and had it sorted as soon as possible. Their maintenance system works really well and they're really responsive on the phones. The team have been really understanding about me deciding not to renew my contract for next year (after initially saying I would back in November but since then I've had a change in circumstances) and I appreciate all of their consideration and giving me time in this situation.
I had a great experience looking for different accommodations with StudentDigz. They are responsive and send you videos and photos of the properties available right away. They are also responsive over WhatsApp and phone. The options that they had available just now did not fit with what I was looking for (which was pretty detailed), but I still would recommend this agency!

The move has taken over 6 months & still isn't completed. From day one they have lied to us about the purchasers & the price my house is worth. My whole family is suffering stress because of the blatant LIES FROM CRAIG They emphatically said that:- There Isn't a chain, YES THERE IS The money is there as its a cash purchaser, NO ITS NOT, THEY WERE NEGOTIATING NEGOTIATING A MORTGAGE & SOMEONE FURTHER DOWN THE CHAIN ARE 1STBTIME BUYERS & THEY WERE APPLYING FOR MONEY FROM THE GOVERNMENT They wanted to move in quickly, SO BASED ON THE ABOVE WE PUT OUR FURNITURE INTO STORAGE. ALL THIS IS COSTING ME £THOUSANDS FOR STORAGE, MOVERS & SOLICITORS FEES. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ALLEN & HARRIS TO MY WORST ENEMY

Sales and Letting Angels agents are doing viewings at the flat I currently live in. Since the first few viewings, their agents have been hightly unprofessional- they never used to let me know when there are viewings and would just turn up. When I raised the issue (a couple of times) with their agent, I was always told that they would look into it and start notifying me, but I had to talk to them every time the agent came to the flat before they started notifying me. Recently my flatmate came back from an amber list contry and is self isolating at the property. Even though I let the agent know that viewings won’t be possible while my flatmate is self isolating, the agent still brought people for viewings. I had to call the office and they assured me that there are not going to be any viewings anymore for 10 days. However, the agency is still booking viewings with people and I can’t get through to them to explain for the 3rd time that we cannot let anyone at the property. I am furious at their unprofessional and careless behaviour and would not recommend them as an agency to anyone in Cardiff.
When calling all staff have been friendly and responsive. The images of the property were not enhanced and were a true reflection of size and current condition. When viewing the property Kelly was great, helpful and friendly. She was informative about the property which helped me, as a prospective tenant, make a decision. Any follow up questions and requests have been dealt with efficiently and quickly.
I would completely recommend this estate agent for students. They are quick to respond to all emails, calls and requests. They make student living very easy.

Have dealt with the Cyncoed Branch for both rentals (as a landlord) and sales (as a vendor). Friendly and efficient service and we were kept informed with feedback from viewings etc. The branch let a house for us on 3 occasions (even once during lockdown!) and then handled the sale of a property. We were pleased with the professionalism and would recommend.
Always use Moginie James to rent my property as an introduction service. Cat always replies promptly and sorts my queries out. James helped as well. Accounts were a bit slow in paying me and then sending me the accounts but Cat sorted it out. New tenants found very quickly.

Was trying to get through about a property to rent for 2021/22. Never replied to my emails. I had to call them up multiple times to get any response. Was always met with "I'll get on that now and get back to you" but was never told anything. Took months to get anything done. Finally managed to sign an application only to have it rejected month later. That's no problem by itself but it's the fact that I had to call up to find that out, leaving my friend and me in a situation looking for accomodation in May. Really poor experience with this estate agency. Never had an issue like this with Philip Evans or ALP. Would not recommend
Tried contacting them many times, about many advertised properties. Little or no response, usually an automatic email response saying "This property is no longer available, are there any others you are interested in?" This would be a reasonable response if it weren't 3 days after I enquired and also enquiring within the first hour of the property being available. Would not rent from them judging by how unprofessional they seem.
Rachel and Rhian were incredible from the very start! They were patient with us and explained all our options at every step, taking so much stress out of selling our house. From first call to our home being listed took less than 2 weeks and we received an offer for the full asking price exactly 3 weeks later!! Even after that they were on hand to ensure everything ran smooth, I could have hugged them. Honestly, I can't recommend them enough. They took a stressed out family and enabled us to move into our dream home. Thank you!

We went to view a property which was shown to us by Rachel Davies of Alexanders Estate Agents. She had lots of other viewings that day but she didn’t rush us. She made sure we had plenty of time to get a good look at the property. I made a serious and fair offer there and then because it was a very nice place that we felt we could make a good home out of. From that day, Rachel has kept us fully informed, and even helped me to source a good local surveyor, and a drainage company to do checks on the septic tank. For some time, the solicitors involved in the purchase fell silent on both sides, and became difficult to communicate with. Rachel was there for us all the way. She was friendly but professional, while dealing with every aspect of our purchase. She communicated between us and the seller very promptly and clearly. We all feel that Rachel is a credit to Alexanders. Her attitude during the viewing put us at ease, and made the viewing relaxed and enjoyable. Other viewings we have been to with other agencies were a bit of an awkward experience with all the Covid restrictions, but this viewing was a very positive experience. If we were to buy another property at some point, Alexanders would be our first port of call for sure. Rachel was of course working for the buyer, but she was instrumental in making the whole process clear and straightforward for us too. We couldn’t fault her and we can tell she enjoys her work. We have only met Rachel, but her approach was flawless throughout.

****Do not rent with this company**** - if I could give 0 stars I would. They will leave you without repairs for months with 0 communication and then try and take hundreds of pounds at the end of your tenancy for the privilege. They have absolutely no regard for tenants wellbeing for mental health and their staff seem to make up demands as they go along. Without a doubt the worst experience of our lives.

Oliver Clifford the mortgage advisor was recommended to us and even though we live in Nottingham and he is based in Cardiff he was more than happy to help us find a mortgage. As a couple in our 50s we wasn't sure we would be able to get a mortgage. Oliver was honest and professional, he kept us informed and was always punctual for our telephone appointments. Needless to say he quickly found us a mortgage which suited our needs and kept in touch with regular updates until completion. I would definitely use his services again and will be recommending him to friends and family.
