A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Blms are the best letting agents I have used by a long shot. All the ther properties that I was shown are all very well maintained. They are always fast to respond to any issues and Karen has been amazing to deal with. Hopeing to find a flat with them again next year as I knew I can trust them.

BLMS have managed our property for us for the last 11years. They have done everything from finding and vetting tenants, ensuring all the legal requirements of us as landlords are adhered to and monitoring the property, arranging for maintenance to be done as and when necessary. Helpful enough at sending property alerts though they mostly seem to be on line anyway. Tried to get a survey quote. Managed to write my email address down incorrectly in spite of spelling it out.
