Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

I was a tennant under T+C during the start of the pandemic. As many did I have been on a lower income than I was previously and aggreed to a payment arrangement with the agent and landlord. What was previously an amicable situation quickly turned sour as they seemed to request additional payments beyond the agreed value, I was making very little at the time but tried to be flexible. In not too long they started sending agents to my house requesting more payments and to 'catch up and pay up' this was in direct opposition to the agreement They offerered to me but seems the rest of the organisation was more interested in berating tennants for money not due to them yet. It became harrassment and they continue to be belligerent as i have moved to get away from this Rogue agencies tactics. They always find another way to charge you more and more and more, disputes over the deposit continue as they add more silly charges in attempt to take any penny they can get the money grubbing hands on. I say this clearly now AVOID and be aware this agency is unprofessional and will try any trick in the book to get one over you. I have never been treated so unfairly by a business and have always had fantastic rapport with all the landlords i have rented off in the past. They are simply incorrigible, and greedy. Dont become their next victim.

I am very upset with the way we’ve been treated by agents from this company. After viewing a flat we submitted our application forms by e-mail but we didn’t receive any confirmation that they are being processed. I phoned in four days later to find out what was going on and the lady I spoke to told me to send the photos of our applications again to her. We sent them one more time asking for confirmation but we didn’t get any reply so I phoned again the next day. Another lady answered the phone and told me that she is going to find out if our applications are being processed and phone me back to let me know. Of course she didn’t. I had to phone in one more time, finally they confirmed that our forms are being processed. A week later we received an e-mail from HomeLet requiring information for our tenancy at a completely different address, different part of town, at a flat with a different number of bedrooms than we wanted etc. It sounded like a joke and I thought it’s some sort of an error so I phoned in to find out what is the meaning of this. It turns out that the flat we applied for has been let to someone else but they didn’t bother to let us know, they simply transferred our application without our knowledge or consent. I find this unprofessional, dishonest and disrespectful, it makes me wonder if they treat everyone like that or is it just for the ones with foreign names. We’ve lost two weeks dealing with them.

Good letting agents, never had an issue. 90% of your issues will come from them awaiting decisions from landlords.

Ask for Laura, she made me feel at ease from start to finish during rental process. Bruce sorted my problem with haste. No time atall for plumber to come out. Recommend this company to anyone looking for a nice rental in Inverness.

Was dealing with Peter Jamieson, please be aware: whatever he is telling about the properties - it is not the same in reality. Wasted our time, money and no apology from him.

We use this company to manage our property we let out. MILES ahead of the last company we used! This company just *gets the job done*. They also listen to landlords wishes. We wished our property let as Per Friendly yet didn't have to fight with this company to get them to agree. Just a bit of gentle persuasion worked! Some other companies even refused to have us on board, if we accepted pets! Any property issues were promptly sorted by this agent. We went from lots of stress with a precious agent, to none with this agent! They just *do it* like they should. Listings online for properties could give more information out online to prospective tenants/buyers. Listings details are quite sparse. They could list more of the properties plus points/selling points! For rentals and sales. We had loads more photos of our property than they displayed on their website which is mildly frustrating as it doesn't exactly cost anything to list more photos on their own website. That's a couple of the reasons for 4 stars and not 5. All in all, a pretty awesome letting agency.

Highland Estate Agents are the best agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with as a landlord in Inverness. Right from the beginning Peter got back to me within minutes and put me completely at ease. Their approach is on point. The one to one service is superior. They most importantly listened to all my previous problems I had encountered, and requirements I needed most. The professionalism of the team down to the vast range and well presented photographs. My property was let agreed within 48hrs. I can't thank Peter more and his wife. And if I need anything they are very helpful, and nothing is too much! I would not hesitate to use Highland Estate agents again and can't recommend them more. In fact they put alot of these other agencies to shame. landlords out there choose Highland Estate Agents. So go Peter go! If anyone says anything negative they are jealous. 🐸

I chose Highland Estate Agents to sell my partners property. We engaged with Peter at the end of last year, he met us in person at the property on several occasions in spite of the the hour & half travel, which I thought was really lovely. He was very pleasant man, who knows his business well and knows the market well. He has a no nonsense approach, is very honest and open, and communication was fabulous from beginning to end. He handled all the viewings personally and I had every confidence in him from our very first meeting. Within 8 months the property sold in a very quiet house buying time. I cannot recommend Peter, his wife & Highland Estate Agents enough! Fabulous at what they do! And worth working with.
