All our interactions with Linda, Gaye, Sylvia, Gillian and Claire were courteous, prompt and efficient. From the start, they took time to guide us through the particularities of the Scottish letting process (we are American and this was our first Scottish tenancy) and helped us set up utility services. Upon moving in, they handled some minor repairs promptly upon request, and were able to co-ordinate an adjustment to our move out date to help us cope with some last-minute COVID related travel challenges.
