When we were house hunting a few years ago Your Move were head and shoulders above all others with providing information, arranging viewings and most of all being friendly. When we recently decided to sell our flat they were our obvious first choice. Well they certainly didn’t disappoint. Stewart priced the flat realistically and it sold within 2 weeks. There was a few hiccups during completion which were completely down to our lawyer but Michelle was brilliant and kept in contact and kept the buyers updated. I really can’t praise them enough and nothing ever seemed a hassle to them. Special thanks to Stewart and Michelle who we dealt with but sure it is a team effort so thanks to everyone at Your Move in Leven and if we ever sell again we’ll be sure to use them. Brilliant

On one of the coldest weekends of the year, worst nightmare, we woke up with no heating on Sunday morning. We called Fife Properties mobile number at 7.30 am and left a message and within 10 minutes Richard had called us back. He arranged for the engineer to telephone us, hoping it might just be a frozen condensate pipe, unfortunately it wasn’t. The engineer came along at lunchtime and sorted the problem quickly and our lovely home was warm again. Great service thanks. Pamela Collins

I have found working with Fife Properties to be a real pleasure. I live in the States, and would find it very difficult to rent my house out, otherwise. However, they have helped me every inch of the way, have made sure that any problems the tenants have got are attended to immediately, and have generally performed above and beyond in ensuring I am totally stress free in renting my home out. I would particularity like to mention Shahieda and Charlotte in the Glenrothes Office, who have been professional, helpful and generally outstanding in how they have helped me during the time I have rented my home (and will be for the foreseeable future). They managed to solve problems that would have taken me forever, and I basically cannot say enough good things about them. I strongly recommend this company, and particularly Shahieda and Charlotte.

The property manager, Ms. Shahieda Williams, is warm, engaging, and highly professional. I have phoned a couple of times regarding minor issues with the property and also some practical questions about life in Scotland, such as how to top up a Pay as You Go Meter. Ms. Williams has resolved each of my queries promptly and completely. From getting a new front door key to sending a PDF of the boiler operation manual to finding the nearest Pay Point location for me, she has always delivered expert problem-solving customer service with a smile. I come from a part of America where we pride ourselves on hospitality, and Ms. Williams had met and exceeded my high expectations of what "customer service" should be.

Shahieda has been the best person I've ever dealt with in the Glenrothes office. Recently I've had issues with my electricity and my washing machine and both were sorted within a very short space of time. I am very impressed and thankful for the service received. She was also very helpful when I requested information on what was my responsibility with regards to the property. A 5 star service for sure! :)
