Very disappointing customer service. Reading the reviews quite late. We've been told to wait as the house is getting decorated and when called to double check today the house was already rented.

AVOID We applied for a rental property at Dunbar Harbour, we explained me and my kids were homeless. Lesley from GSB then phoned my husband saying the landlords wanted to meet us through video call - which we happily took time to do. They asked questions, we answered them and were informed they were doing viewings. They knew how far we needed to travel - 26.5 miles to be precise....we went to the viewing on Saturday 3rd of April. Due to it being a bank holiday weekend GSB weren't open until Tuesday. First thing Tuesday morning at 9:15am my husband phoned Lesley and mentioned we wanted to go for it....she said she would let the landlord know! Wednesday - NOTHING, So my husband phoned and she said she hadn't heard anything from landlord yet. My husband phoned again where he was treated like a cold caller and told "When I know you'll know"! Quite rude if you ask me!! Today 9th April 2021, we still heard NOTHING! At 13:40pm my husband phoned and was told Lesley was 'either on a call or on a break and she would call him back'! An hour later my husband receives a text to say he was unsuccessful!!! Considering they never did an application for us or even asked for references says to me they made there minds up about us from the start - so why put a family through that?? Says to me that we weren't 'good enough' for them. They completely wasted our time and couldn't be honest and upfront about it!! Very unprofessional and a disgraceful way to treat a family who are homeless. I understand not everyone is successful, but the way they've went about it is disgraceful. Judging by the reviews I've just seen on Facebook and on here, looks like we dodged a bullet.

Asked to view a property and still waiting for someone to get back to us with an appointment 3 days later...would not use this company if I was selling my property....very unprofessional 😣

I used GSB to purchase my first property. The sale concluded and I got my keys today. Everything went well and without a hitch. Callum was amazing, rapidly responsive and absolutely fantastic at keeping me in the loop and making a daunting task seamless and easy. Can’t recommend GSB Haddington enough. My husband and I recently asked GSB to market my late father in laws house. We were made to feel welcome and everything was explained to us, without feeling overwhelmed. Charlotte was our Estate Agent and was an absolute star. She kept us informed throughout the process and immediately had us feeling at ease.

TSG were great. They gave us lots of information and guidance from the very start which is why we decided to go with them, they seemed trustworthy and experienced. Everything was processed quickly, really great photos were taken and our house was rented out really quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service, can't fault TSG Letting Services. Tracey was extremely knowledgeable and provided useful information and support to enable us to let out our property. Circumstances and lockdown made it extremely difficult but Tracey took it all in her stride and kept us on track. I can't praise them highly enough.

As an oversea landlord it is important to have properly managers who represent your needs. TSG have consistently offered a professional service and have been excellent at securing tenants for the property at competitive rent. I can recommend them as a landlord.

Me and my partner are very happy with the TSC service. As our first move in the UK we were very satisfied with the assistance that we received. My main point of contact is Caroline and she has been extremely helpful with any of the difficulties that we might have had during the process of application and throughout the tenancy. Nothing bad to say!

RUDE, do not use

I have used ELPM to manage three properties that are let out in Edinburgh and West Lothian for over four years, during which time I have not had a single complaint about any aspect of their service They manage every aspect of the tenancy to an incredibly high standard and for a very reasonable fee. In contrast better-known Edinburgh letting agents I have used in the past, ELPM are very highly recommended.

Superb experience from start to finish. Extremely impressed with the service provided and would highly recommend.
