I've been with Lets B Wise for over a year now and i have to say despite what the reviews below say, their customer service is on point. Any time you go into their office they are incredibly friendly. There was a leak from upstairs which escalated into a worst case scenario last year. The guys really went above and beyond for me and i can't thank them enough.

Avoid by all means. Unprofessional, not responding emails. Failed to provide my staff with payslips since April. Feeding with promises to call back and never do it. Extremely fast at setting up a direct debit knowing will do nothing in exchange of that money.

Very poor experience, files weren't up to date, no call backs, the director "forgot" about an important business matter and didn't return an important call. When we moved accountant they took 6 weeks to answer or call back on sending the file over. Submitted incorrect information and the office staff were very rude and unprofessional. No one seemed to know what the other was doing. Definitely not a place to recommend to look after your business in my opinion use an accountant as after registration it is admin staff.

John's the main man, very knowledgeable, very helpful and breaks it all down to an easy to understand level.

Recently purchased a home and used Pacitti Jones as our solicitor as the reviews were good. An already-stressful process was made even more stressful because of this company. The solicitors were completely unresponsive and unhelpful. We had to ask several times for each item, and we could hardly ever reach them by phone. Nothing was explained at all, and they couldn't offer a basic understanding of how the system worked (we are first time buyers and new to Scotland). Nearly lost the flat the day before closing due to their unresponsiveness to the sellers, and had to continue chasing them for months afterwards as the deed hadn't been transferred over into our names after the closing date.

Pacitti Jones in the West End is stellar when you need to get legal services, buy, sell or let a home, or get help with government agencies who ignore your requests for help for weeks at a time. The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help. They are especially helpful for those who do not live in Glasgow and need help. I hope you will be lucky enough to work with Rosslyn Lithgow or Lorraine Law. Both ladies are sympathetic, knowledgeable, respond in a very timely manner, and are able to clear roadblocks with other agencies who will not respond at all. They are light years ahead of other solicitors I have used in the past. Comparative pricing and professional help puts them at the top of my list and I will not hesitate to refer anyone to them who maybe only getting mediocre help at other places. They are the BEST!!!

I want to personally thank Kevin Taylor at Pacitti Jones for assisting us. We had a terrible experience with a seller pulling out and mucking us about and we felt hopeless until Kevin stepped in. He was professional, responsive and helped us with our claim. We have always used Pacitti Jones legal when buying/selling houses and would wholeheartedly recommend them. Kevin just deserved a special mention for his role in our case!

I have moved several times in the past few years and whether buying or selling I have always used Lorraine Law at the Lenzie branch of Pacitti Jones. Lorraine is an excellent person to deal with, extremely knowledgeable, great at giving advice, and always keeps you informed of any developments. I would without doubt recommend Pacitti Jones Solicitors & Estate Agents. I recently sold my house and from the photographer taking pictures for the schedule to the missives being concluded they were professional and extremely efficient in all areas. Hazel (Bath Street branch) was great at keeping me up to date with progress, easing my mind even when I got slightly stressed.

Very competent and reliable.The woman jill who is the director, makes your problem her problem and strives to be the best available letting agency about. All these attributes are hard to find these days especially in trying times. Best estate agent I've dealt with in 8 years of renting. Annettee and Jilian where a great help, very compassionate to my situation and didn't hesitate to help where they could. Down to earth people, extremely genuine yet still professional and genuine. Can't wait to move in!

Scheduled a viewing and the guy was a no show. Rang the flat I was meant to see and the tenant wasn't aware that a viewing was scheduled. I'm not sure if this was legit.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this letting agents. Lived in one of their properties for 4 year's and repairs that they said would be done by moving in still weren't complete after moving out. Then to top it off they are trying to charge us for them! Also trying to claim missing furniture that was never there in the first place. After moving out of property discovered they didn't lodge the deposit with SafeDeposits Scheme. So basically when you move out they make up fake damages and missing item's to keep deposit to themselves. Landlords have no idea what this letting agents doing to the tenants.

I've rented two properties with this agency and would recommend avoiding them if you can. I rented one property with them but then had to leave after a few months due to the landlord's family circumstances. That in itself isn't the issue as that wasn't MBM's fault. Alan offered us a new flat and told us it would be be available on a given date. This turned out not be true, and we were only able to move in several days later, giving us a very tight turnaround. By then it was too late to find somewhere else. Allegedly, the delayed move-in date was so the flat could be cleaned and various issues from the previous tenancy fixed. When we finally moved in, none of the repairs had been made and the cleaners arrived as we were moving all our stuff in. We are still waiting for some issues to be fixed, months later. We worked hard to leave the previous property clean and in good condition but they now want to deduct money from our deposit anyway (they are only just getting round to sorting the deposit out two months after the move). I wouldn't mind if they had made the 2nd place ready for us before we moved in but they didn't.

I work for a property investment company in Edinburgh and have worked with several letting agents across Scotland, Cairn have managed our portfolio for the last 18 months and have been great. Void properties are re-let quickly and never had a "problem tenant" repairs and maintenance are dealt with quickly and always get 2/3 prices which is comforting knowing Cairn have a good maintenance procedures in place. Highly recommend if you are looking for a proactive letting agent.

We are tenants. We just had a broken boiler issue (winter nightmare) sorted in the smoothest and most effective way possible. Cairn Lettings team was really present and helpful. They even provided us with a replacement heater. Great service!

Eve Property and their staff are very helpful. I came from a foreign country and barely knew anyone in Scotland so it meant so much to me that the staff of Eve Property made me feel welcomed, secure and comfortable. The last thing they made me feel is that I am ‘just a tenant’. In return, I felt like the place I was renting was really my home and it made me take care of it more as if it was mine. There was a time that I was stuck in another place and parcels came for me. Due to the pandemic I could not take the parcel in the flat and the staff of Eve Property kindly did that for me without hesitation. What an amazing group of people. If there were any scheduled maintenance, they would make sure that these are at my most convenient time to avoid disturbing me. I can go on and on about how secure I felt with them. They are very friendly. I really think this is important because half of the journey in renting a property is your relationship with the landlord/agency. It doesn’t matter if the house is luxurious but if agents make you feel like an outsider, it will never feel like a home. For me, my flat was a home because it was clean, cozy, and Eve Property has made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this amazing team. Great Staff, Very Helpful and Informative

I sent a polite query to this agency regarding a specific property. The response I received was curt and rude, with no offer of help or support. I'm shocked that a business can survive with such poor customer service. Even though the property I had enquired about was unsuitable, I would expect an agent to find out more about my needs and help me in finding an alternative. This has put me off any properties listed by this agency.

Adam and Charlie are really nice, knowledgeable folk, who will do their best to help you with property or financial advice. I would highly recommend CIB!

Used to be a tenant. The repair lead time was 3 weeks or more even for emergencies even long before the pre COVID times. . Caused a quite a lot of stress and inconvenience to me. Upon contacting them, they were not at all responsive to the situations.

Wow - Never have I experienced what I did on a call five mins or so ago I put a note of interested against a particular property in Glasgow My message to this company was as follows "looking for more details and a viewing as soon as possible, does this property have an offer on it at present and is there a closing date" I received a message back from Greg "Cash buy only at the moment" I wrote back to explain it amazes me that this is the reply from someone acting on behalf of a seller, no interest in arranging a viewing? I since received a call back instead of an email from Greg where he asked if I "woke up on the wrong side of the bed" , would not let me speak, asked if because I said he never offered a home report or viewing that "was I trying to tell him how to do his job" Do I want to speak to the director? He must have asked the director question 5 times before hanging up. After doing some quick research I can see Greg owns the company. Very unprofessional. I cant comment on how they are selling anything, however my experience to date was just a let down. I think Greg was speaking in front of people which may have made him want to come across the way he did but quite frankly I think you just came across as unprofessional and extremely rude. I spoke with Jackie who is the other owner, who was very pleasant on the phone. I explained to Jackie what went on, and she was very saddened I believe to hear this. I explained it is not in my nature to leave negative feedback as I know how damaging this can play on businesses, however if Greg wants to call to discuss I will hold off.. As you are now reading this, you can guess I never received a call

We were selling a property in Scotland from South Africa and we couldn't have had more efficient and personal service if we had been in Scotland at the time. The first impressive thing for us was that Greg called instead of sending a lot of blurb by email, he was very friendly yet very professional. He kept us up to date and advised us wisely every step of the way and despite hold ups at our end he sold our property in record time. Absolute best estate agents I have ever come across. I have now sold 2 properties with them after initially being referred to them by a friend who had used them and had a great experience. I don't plan on ever using anywhere else now for future moves. Both Jacqui and Greg are lovely to deal with, and made me feel at ease especially when my last flat sale was a little more complicated than I had previously encountered. I highly recommend them!!

I can highly recommend Rannoch Estate Agents. I have recently sold a flat in Glasgow City Centre and was very impressed by everything they did for me. The service and attention was second to none. Terrible service. I tried to get a viewing and they were rude and told me I couldn't afford the rent. I went elsewhere. Your loss! Avoid.

Extremely poor communication. Applied for a flat once and had to phone up to find out I was rejected. Then a fortnight later the same flat pops up again and applied again (not that the agent realised from the email chain) and the same happened again.

I have been very happy with the factoring service I received from Newton Property Management. Lewis guided me in obtaining an EWS certificate for sale of my flat.

Excellent service from day 1, I ditched DJ who are too big and just don't care, and got exactly what I was hoping for a personal, knowledgeable and professional service throughout.

Terrible service spent weeks trying to apply for a flat. Had to send multiple emails to get a single reply. Staff were unhelpful and uninterested when I phoned. After placing in an application I received no confirmation, I phoned and was advised someone was dealing with it but given no time frame. Sent a further 3 emails that went unanswered before being told it was sold. It is a terrible service, I accept that there is no guarantee when you put in an application however a level of professionalism and communication is a bare minimum. I'd avoid looking with this company at all costs
