A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. I always use Slater Hogg for my developments. There may be slightly cheaper agents out there but the service they provide is second to none. The staff are all very friendly and approachable whilst still being extremely professional. Brooke in particular has always been a total star! Oh and Mark!! Been using them for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.😊

Slater Hogg were one of three estate agents that I arranged to value my two flats and I had what felt like a difficult choice in deciding who I would go with to market them. I'm very pleased with the decision I made to go with SH. I had initially felt that Mark was overplaying the valuations but had confidence that they knew the local market and would achieve the best price and they did not disappoint. Not only were both my flats sold quickly but they also met the valuation. Additionally, dealing with them has been a pleasure at every stage but I feel that Brooke in the office deserves a particular mention for keeping me regularly updated and making the whole process easy and stress-free. Selling your own property can be one of the most stressful times of your life. I cannot recommend the Shawlands team at Slater Hogg more highly. They are all so professional, understanding and highly efficient. Mark had my property on the market within days of our meeting, with high quality video and photos. Having Ellenor as my one contact was very reassuring. Communications and responsiveness was great and she put me at ease when I needed it. Sharon & Stephanie could not have been more helpful and took care of everything very promptly, guided me through the process ensuring that all my required documents for renting were in place and up to date. Flat marketed for rent, video posted and within the first 5 minutes I had 2 offers. A massive let down, we put down an offer for a house which was accepted, all mortgage paperwork was started and we had a meeting scheduled with a bank. The senior property adviser in charge, on the very next working day, started demanding a mortgage certificate for this particular property immediately, stating that there was "additional interest" and that the property will go to a closing date, knowing that getting a mortgage certificate is not a next day thing, especially with a non-standard construction. Completely unprofessional behaviour. Would not deal with them again and will discourage all my friends, as apparently an acceptance of an offer means nothing to them if someone else comes along.

We have been very pleased with very professional and comprehensive service provided by the Shawlands team of Aberdein Considine and have no hesitation in recommending them to all. They helped us to buy our new house and offered guidance on market conditions. Similar help was on hand when it came to the sale of our old house, with lovely photos for the online offering, which was part of a reasonably priced advertising offer. They also conducted all the viewings as part of this, at all odd sorts of times. The house sold very quickly. There was delight all round. We did have to wait for the buyers' paperwork but AC helped this along and they also helped with sorting out the tax involved in our particular circumstances. The solicitor kept us informed at all stages and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I hope he will help us in our next purchase, whenever that might be. Five stars seem insufficient. They are a great team.
