A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Mark Breen, in charge of repairs (apparently) never responds to emails. I've been trying to get the same work carried out for 6.5 YEARS since this flat has NO HEATING and a hot water tank with a broken thermostat so it heats to 80-85c+. THIS time around, he hasn't answered an email from me since June despite being contacted several times in the interim and given every opportunity to move forward. After they had the audacity to chase me for 50% of my rent being late by 10 days, I'm now pursuing the repairs through the housing tribunal - something he was informed would be happening this time around. Mark has still not responded.

As I was starting University in Glasgow from Edinburgh, I decided to go with 247 after a friends recommendation. I sent them an email and received a call back from Adam. We arranged a viewing the following day and after a successful application, I was able to move in 2 days later. Thanks for the fast and efficient service guys.

My sister and I had the pleasure to be assisted by Mark Breen through the process of letting our new lovely apartment. He has been very professional, kind and always available to answer to all our queries in short times and without hesitations. Mark also referred us to a tenant services agency which guided us though all the necessary steps to set up our accounts for the utility bills. I am surprised to read the negative reviews regarding this company as I am a new landlord and 24-7 Property was the first company I contacted and they guided me through the whole process and have been nothing but helpful. They always respond to any queries I have and Caroline in accounts emails me every month with my statements. Any payment issue from the tenant is dealt with very efficiently and quickly and I am kept in formed. I have been with them 1 year now and would highly recommend them to any landlord or tenant.
