A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. I’d never recommended DRM to a resident. I can not describe my disappointment. I couldn’t use my bedroom for three months due to a massive leak and didn’t get any understanding, support, or money back for the period. They started fixing the room when I send my notice over(nearly 3 months later). They told me that it was up to me if I want to use the room (where water was still dripping and the ceiling was about to fall). When the leak was fixed, a few weeks before I was to leave the property I want it to store some things for the moving out n the bedroom but they told me that the room has to be empty for the builders. As much as I liked the property, I had no choice but to leave.

Renting a flat through DRM for about a year now, found them to be very professional and approachable. Peter Shepherd has been very helpful, always responsive with any issues re repairs etc. Would definitelly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding customer care throughout my experience so far. I cannot thank Marchside enough. My property manager Kate made the application and tenancy agreement process seamless and is extremely responsive and helpful with any queries. Furthermore, Marchside handled an out of hours situation for me excellently. This weekend a very unusual situation arose in that a squirrel managed to enter my flat via the chimney. Especially as a sole female tenant this was very stressful. I was very concerned that due to the situation escalating on a Saturday morning there may be a delay in getting assistance, however Billy (the maintenance manager) and Sam (the branch manager) truly went above and beyond their line of duty. Billy was kind enough to follow up with a phone call to ensure that the pest control were attending that day, and within half an hour of Sam being informed of the situation (bearing in mind this was not office hours - this was a Saturday morning) he had liased with the landlord and instructed pest control to attend as soon as possible. I cannot recommend this agency enough. Thank you Marchside!

Rented with Marchside for year and a half, found all staff to be very nice and responsive. Didn't have any issues moving in/out, deposit was returned in full with no issues. Couple of things that needed to be fixed during my stay were dealt with (couple of things did take some time to be fixed, but I believe they did all they could). Would definitely recommend!
