My experience with Pavillion properties has been really great. Everyone I have been in contact with have been very helpful. I have always received quick help and service when needed. They are very professional and service minded, very happy with them.

Organising a viewing and have had many questions with regards to the property, the application process and the viewing itself. All of them have been quickly and professionally answered by Jody, who in turn has been supportive and most helpful. At all points I've felt heard and the responses have been polite.

Extremely Happy with the management of my properties from a Landlords perspective, always receive rent on time, if there is any problems that occur l am notified asap, the advice l receive is great when it comes to upgrading my properties so l can receive more rent. But the biggest thing is l trust Pavillion Properties looking after my portfolio and staying on top of things when it comes to the mandatory legal proceedings that are required when owning a property renting to any tenant.

I rent from pavilion properties and not once have I had a problem! Anytime something is needed I email Robyn and within 24 to 48 hours something is done! Just the way it should be! Everyone at pavilion that I've spoken to are very helpful and professional.

I've been renting with Struan for years now and the service is brilliant. If there ever is a problem (of which there aren't many) they're always sorted very quickly and professionally. BEWARE This is an appalling service. There is no management other than to charge you way way above normal contracting rates. I have been lied to over and over to cover up for no management. This company looks after their contractors and themselves, query that and you will be faced with a barage of lies to cover more lies. Please AVOID. Go to a professional company who will look after your property.

Would 100% recommend for students / anyone looking for a letting agency. Any issues were responded to promptly & we were always given notice before anyone showed up to the property. Alex was always very friendly and helpful during flat inspections. Allen is also very friendly & ensured my deposit was returned in a timely manner and there were no hidden charges. Can’t recommend sutherland management enough! (p.s. having used other letting agencies, sutherland management is definitely the best & I would not hesitate to use them again if I ever move back to Dundee).

Sutherland Management have set such high standards for my expectations for letting agencies. I rented a very lovely flat with them for over a year. They were very responsive to any issues raised and also quick to send contractors etc. I typically received replies within 24hrs to help solve any problems we had. I mostly interacted with Allen and Alex both of whom always maintained polite and professional manners. I felt very secure in my tenancy and was genuinely sad to have to go. I rented during the peak of the COVID pandemic and lockdown which complicated many tenant's finances and they assured us that no evictions would take place with Sutherland over rent arrears, their great customer service was always consistent. My experiences with other letting agencies as a student have been very poor in comparison. I highly recommend Sutherland Management, it has been an absolute pleasure.

Do not rent with grant properties!! Due to financial difficulties after losing my job during the pandemic I had to end the tenancy on my student flat. Grant properties are aware of this and this being the reason we ended the tenancy, so they played on my financial difficulties and deliberately waited me out taking forever to reply to emails and not answering the phone when we were trying to settle the deposit dispute. They are scamming and exploiting students into paying for cleaning fees the company would need to pay for anyway due to covid and new tenants moving in. We left the flat in a perfectly clean condition and have photo evidence of this which we sent to Grant along with discrediting the ridiculous damages they were claiming. How companies like this are still allowed to operate is shocking.

Just don't do it. When I arrived in Scotland I even very briefly considered using them to invest my money in property... but now that I have experience as one of their tennants... no way in hell. Grossly incompetent is the only way to describe them.

The process for applying for a property went smoothly and it was relatively simple to fill in the details and complete our side of the application process and lease signing. It was a very exciting experience and I thank Grant Property for making it as stress-free as possible. Edit: When we left we were charged £200 for cleaning when we left the flat in a great, clean state

I left a two star review that focused on a lack of communication between Grant Property and myself. After this review I received an email, phone call and text message. We spoke shortly and I had all of my problems solved. I'm now more than happy with the service provided. To be clear, my initial complaint came about due to a change in procedure in the Grant Property offices. The lack of communication was due to the change over which is now complete.

We are landlords and had used Your Move in the past when they had an office in Perth. We had slight reservations about using an agent in Dundee for a property in Perth but we need not have worried. Carol and Paul were helpful, professional and excellent at keeping us up to date at every stage of the process. They arranged for a photographer to do a virtual viewing which worked extremely well and found a tenant relatively quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to use Your Move in Dundee again and could recommend them to others landlords.

Brilliant experience selling with Your Move. Great marketing and very quick and easy process from initial meeting to getting the house to market. I particularly appreciated the communication and regular updates from Gregor, who worked really hard to get us the sale we wanted. He was totally on the ball with the sale and ensured viewers were serious buyers before arranging viewings. Elina was great every time I spoke to her on the phone too. Highly recommended speaking to Your Move if you're thinking of selling 1you won't regret it.

I think they are racists. Called them multiple times a week for 3 weeks to send me the application to rent a flat and each time they said they will, but never did. Came to see the flat and the man that showed it to me sent the lady at the reception a WhatsApp message with my email and number, to make sure they had the correct ones, and told her to send me the application that day. Called them again after 2 days and was told that someone else took the flat.

I personally scheduled two viewings with Belvoir, and no one showed up both times! I waited outside in the cold for an hour and a half both times, as I received no call or email about any cancellation. When I would call to see where the agent was, no one would pick up. Needless to say that the first time they apologized but the second one I was completely ghosted! The flat we wanted to rent was not leased for months after our inquiry, wonder if the landlord would want to hear about that...

Don't have the decency to phone to arrange an appointment just send you timeslots and if it's not convenient then tough! Unfortunately some of us work and cannot just drop everything! Be the last company I would approach if I had property to rent! 😠 Now having had a reply confirms exactly why I wouldn't deal with this company! What an arrogant reply! Had the choice of 4 or 4.30pm on 1st of March to view a property ! How is that giving you the chance to arrange convenient? If I was using them to rent property for me I would be raging if I found this out! Glad the times weren't convenient as what problems would I have had later?

Can't fault the team at Belvoir, referencing once i collected all the documents required was done in around a week and i was given the keys within 2 weeks. The flat was nice and clean (must say better than most i had moved into by other Dundee agents) . I had a problem with the boiler but Billy (Belvoir Agent) helped to show me how to get it working that day. Thanks guys, I have been there 18 months with only good service... I would not hesitate to recommend this company, cant say the same about other Dundee Agents.

I have rented a flat with westport for over 2 years now. The staff, especially Shona and Jane are very attentive and respond to any queries within a matter of hours. The flat itself was in a good state of repair and the team have always fixed any issues immediately. I went with AKG having been recommended by my University and had a really great experience. They reply within the day and are very responsive to repairs needed. Never had any problems or issues, and they are very reliable. Loved the flat and very sad to leave, but couldn't recommend more.

We have had AKG as our student landlord for three years now and can only say positive things. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, with any maintenance issues responded to really quickly. The two properties I have stayed in have both been modern and high quality with a really great sense of security - especially important for students - and didn’t have any problems with getting our deposit back. In 2019, my husband and I made a big move from Malaysia to Scotland. After 4 weeks of house viewing, nothing worked out as many were disappointing. The Northwood Dundee Office team we met on the 5th week, from day one of introduction, to our first viewing of the Dundee Riverside property and to our last inspection visit, were wonderful and exceptional. They empathised with our situation and understood the difficulty we faced, where not many letting companies were. I've never had any issues with Northwood Dundee and all correspondence was polite, professional and friendly whenever I've had to contact them. With other tenant agencies I've always ran into problems and I never had confidence in being helped in any way but with Northwood Dundee all the staff have been exceptional in always being attentive and competent in their job. Staff members stay with you through any issues so it'll always be only one member handling you through email chains which helps keep everything efficient & the correspondence always remains friendly and pleasant whilst remaining professional. I honestly have had such a great experience with the staff at Northwood Dundee that I'm so grateful for their time & appreciate whenever they've helped me out. During my time with them they've also updated their maintenance log system so you can now do this online so the job is officially logged and booked for repair and the system is accessible 24/7 for peace of mind. To finish off, the reason why I left was simply relocation to a new city but I would be happy to move into a property managed by Northwood - especially the Dundee branch. Northwood Dundee managed the letting of our property for 5 years and were fantastic throughout. When we decided to sell it earlier this year we decided to use their services and again they were first class with the house selling within a week. Communications are excellent with their staff always being very responsive and helpful.

I have loved being with Jamal Property World. I lived down Coutties Wynd ( which at first sight seemed like a dodgy alleyway) but have never felt safer with security lights, a camera doorbell and double lock front door. If anything was every fault or needed replaced, including a light bulb Mr Jamal and his team always were round to fix whatever we needed extremely quickly. I can genuinely say I loved living there, and having Jamal as a landlord. Nothing ever seemed too big of a problem and I am really going to miss having such a good landlord and lovely flat. Thank you Jamal and Team for everything over the past two years!! No. 27 :)

Absolutely top class the entire 3 year tenancy. As long as you keep him in the loop he is perfect. Late payments, problems with the flat he is on call essentially 24 hours a day. Top quality landlors. By far the best choice in dundee.

Amazing landlords! Flats are decent and rent is very reasonable, most importantly the landlord is amazing, helpful and quick to reply if contacted.

Short review: Had a good friendly experience in general that could slightly improve to earn full 5 ⭐s. Long review: Before moving to Dundee for studying porpoises, I looked for so many flats and houses for rent. But there was one that grabbed my attention that satisfies my needs perfectly and it was maintained by RFD. I contacted the office and they were very friendly and managed a very quick review. The review was amazing and even the manager himself - Mr.Latif - showed us the city and the main landmarks by his own car. All paperwork were done very quickly and smoothly with no issues at all. The first issue was with heating system. Even though it was new but some older radiators didn't work at all for some reason. The plumber provided by the office was very experienced but even he told us some won't be able to be fixed and never mentioned why. For that reason some parts of the house were very cold. Despite of the that most windows were double glazed, there was couple older one that leaked cold air into the house. Lastly, there was a faucet that wasn't fixed in its place probably from the beginning and I was asked to pay about £35 to get a new one but it was okay since I didn't mention it when I noticed it before moving. Afterwards the pandemic hit the country. RFD sent all tenants an email with a relief support for anyone who needs any type of help which was marvelous. Fortunately, I never had any more serious issues with the house during my stay. One area that might be improved is dealing with different gardening company - you can find my detailed review if interested -. Until I suddenly I had leave the UK for reasons I had no control over. In the contract, it is mentioned that a 28 days notice must be provided before leaving. Sadly I failed in doing that and was hoping for an understanding of the unwelcome circumstance. RFD stock the the stated contact which is totally fine and I had to pay for 28 days after leaving. No complaints here but it would be very nice if they helped me little bit, once again I didn't ask for it otherwise I'm pretty sure they'll be fine with it. Finally I asked them to return my internet equipment because I failed to do it in time and they did. I would highly recommend RFD but also I encourage you to read the contract carefully and check the property before making a decision. I'm very thankful for everyone working for them specially Mr.Latif and Kaisa.

I have been renting with RFD for 3 years and would highly recommend them. Rent prices are reasonable and any issues, such as repairs, were always resolved in a timely, professional manner. Moreover, all of the staff at RFD (particularly Kasia) are pleasant and attentive, and willing to do what they can to help their tenants.

I rented a property from RSW from January to November before buying my first home. The service I received from RSW during this time was outstanding to say the least. Writing as a landlord: they took 2.5 months to change one lock, and they change it for the wrong one despite detail descriptions either via email as well as over the phone. Constantly were saying they do not have enough resources to maintain the properties I gave them into full management. . Arranged a cleaning after which I received tenant's viewing the place: "not interested as the place was very messy." definitely cant do their job.

They helped me and my partner get the necessary documentation done, they patiently fixed all of minor problems we've had with the flat (there were no big ones, what's worth mentioning). As long as you keep your bills settled & tend to treat flat at it is your own - you can expect absolutely flawless treatment from the agency. I couldn't recommend Tayforth Properties more if I tried. After using many letting agents in Dundee and trusting them with our properties and tenants but just not getting a great service we decided to move over to Tayforth 2 years ago and have not looked back since. Communication has always been fantastic - we know what is going on with our properties but are not hassled with the small detail. We have also had great feedback from our tenants about dealing with Tayforth. Voids are never an issue for us as whenever we do have a tenant move out, we always have a fast turnaround and someone new move in quickly. Remax Dundee provide an excellent professional service. Ronnie helped me to market my property on all the major portals and it didn't take too long to get viewings. He organised all the viewings and was particularly helpful as I do not live in the Dundee area. He provided great advice with regards preparing my property for sale and helped me liase with the lawyers. Very pleased with the standard of service and would recommend Remax to anyone selling a property in Dundee.

We rented a really nice property in City Quay area. We were really satisfied by the attention given by REMAX estate agents. They were always more than happy to help with any problems or queries. Madeleine put our needs first and we always felt like we were genuinely cared for as tenants.

Unable to leave 0 stars. Please for the love of god avoid this company at all costs. They are perfectly fine while you are a tenant paying rent but if you want to end your tenancy they become aggressive and intimidating bordering on abusive. They will create fictitious repairs, cleaning or decorating costs to avoid returning your full deposit. I have checked with previous customers and barely any of them have received their full deposit. They prey on students which they assume are clueless and will not dispute deductions even though these are the tenants that need their deposits the most. The owner is very harsh and a compulsive liar that will backtrack on anything she says. Do not trust this company with one single penny of you money, you have been warned !!

EVEN IF THEY OFFER YOU A FLAT FOR FREE DO NOT TAKE IT. Avoid them at any cost. The female agent is a rude person that tries to intimidate the tenants and demands money from deposit no matter what. The worst experience with an agency I had in Dundee for 4 years. Do NOT trust them.

Were nice to us to start but when we moved in, different story. became unhelpful, rude and would just stop replying to emails of problems and when phoned they would tell us they are busy and to email. heater broke in winter and they did not respond to emails regarding it and eventually after many constant emails the guy who came out didnt even fix the problem so over 3 months we had no proper heat in our flat and had to buy our own heaters that cost us alot to maintain. they said they sent a repair out and We were told if were not happy to sort repairs ourselves. Any issue we had seemed it was our fault and it would be a fight to get them to even see to it let alone fix it. They dont give advance notice all the time only sometimes for viewings or ‘maintence’. Our wardrobe door broke through no fault of our own and they left us with it broke the rest of tenancy then took part of our deposit claiming it was our fault the hinge came off and they need to buy a new one but the hinge was unstable to start with. overcharged us on deposit and dont listen to us at all. This a company made to exploit students of there money i have let as many people i know to AVOID

I am getting ready to vacate a property I have spent a year in under the management of Alison and her team. I can say that I have had nothing short of her full support and attention throughout the entire process. Everything was quick and easy to get set up. All issues we presented to Alison were logged and dealt with in a timely manner. We didn't have to argue or compromise, we were just given what was required when we needed it. I would happily rent through the company again based on the last years service.

I have read the previous reviews of this company and can confidently say that this was not my experience of AB. We had great support from the agent throughout the tenancy and could contact the office any time and they could not be more helpful. I obviously don't know what happened in any of the other scenarios but I certainly did not get the impression that I could be bullied or intimidated by anyone from AB. We dealt with the lady that runs the company throughout our tenancy and this was a pleasant experience for the whole time we were in the property, there was certainly not any time where i thought otherwise. Please note Im sharing my experience not discrediting others.

The worst rental company, You show them all the documents and bank accounts with a solid amount to pay rent for more than three years, they choose their fellow citizens because they do not believe in foreigners, they obviously hate us! If you are looking to rent a house, do not go to this company, because they will lose your time, and with that you will lose other houses that you would already be renting at the same time when you are dealing with these nationalists! Everything about them is religious, they hate foreigners and make fun of them, looking at them in their eyes they laugh and make fun, you have to be a Scotsman or an Englishman to rent a place from them !!!!! Disgusting attitude, they don't even call you, you have to go every day and get the information out of their mouths with a hook! They don't care about you. They're worse than the Nazis! Don't go in

Absolutely unprofessional letting agency with unfair treatment and disrespect to potential new clients. I should say I was in shock from the first interaction I received over the phone where agent was absolutely not interested in what I wanted to say but simply started cutting me off on the first sentence saying if I sent an online enquiry I just have to wait until they will respond with no appreciation that myself and my husband already been prepared to take a property or even to negotiate a higher rent to make sure we can secure a lease. Which would only benefit the landlord. We’ve sent an enquiry online as soon as property got advertised and I called in on the next morning as soon as agency was opened only to receive 4 days later, not even 48h as she advised me, to say lease on this property already been agreed sorry for any disappointment. Worst selection process I ever had to go through with absolutely no chance what so ever to even speak about submission of application but yet, they magically managed to lease it. Best decision just to stay away from this place.

Clearly an agency that cares about their tenants. The hallways are maintained very well. During the pandemic they have been respectful and understanding. Every interaction with landlord and staff has been very pleasant. As a student it's great that I don't have to worry about the flat falling apart and landlords being unresponsive. Wouldn't normally write a review but after nightmares in the past, future Dundee students should know they can trust this agency. Absolutely would recommend!

Actually would ideally leave 0. This company were utterly useless. We viewed a property at the beginning of the pandemic, we spoke and tried to pay a deposit to get moved in quickly, they were unprofessional and rude. We were left not knowing if we had a home at an already stressful time. Thankfully we found a fantastic letting agency and a much better 3 bedroom flat. We are incredibly grateful that we did not end up letting from this joke of a company. Initially the brash receptionist was helpful but her aggressive tone made me realise that this was not a company that we should be paying money to. To this day we never even got a response. Major red flags to anyone thinking about using this company. Side note the property we were viewing was being poorly decorated by what I can only assume was a very cheap painter and decorator, we witnessed them patching up peeling paper so poorly. Please be careful.

Lara Letting have been nothing but helpful and friendly from the word get go. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and they are very quick to get back to me about any issues and get them resolved in good time. I had a very unprofessional experience from the time of the viewing to completing the application with RPM. During the viewing, multiple groups of people were ushered around the house, which was a completely impersonal process. It felt rushed and we didn't feel like we could properly ask questions. The application process was very intensive and intrusive. We've applied for houses through multiple agencies in the past and this was by far the most time-consuming process. References were asked to contact the office, rather than RPM contacting them, which is completely unacceptable. This is usually only done as a last step, to prevent referees having to write dozens of references, not prior to any decision having been made. After this extensive process, they didn't even have the decency to provide us with the landlord's decision. Avoid at all costs.

Very negative experience. Very backwards and intrusive way of conducting business. The application was so intrusive. They asked out see my itemized OUTGOING bank statements for the last 90 days so they could see what I've been spending my money on. When I phoned to query this, they said it was check how much I bet or if I was buying pet food(no pets were permitted) after all of that nonsense they never even had the decency to reply with a decision. Poor around.

Run away from this unprofessionally run place. Delays in responding and dealing with urgent matters. Neglect of obligations until there is no way to fix things. Uselessness in every aspect involved in management. The only thing she is good at disguising the truth. She blames it on mental health. Saying that she already seeked help but the inefficiency is still there.
