Amazing that anyone manages to rent through these jokers. Have been looking at properties for the past few weeks now. Very slow/ almost non responsive to emails. Initial applications seem to have been disregarded. Differing information depending on which branch you call. Obviously looking for that certain clientele, god help anyone actually renting through these people, deary me.

Lori has just recently taken over the running of property maintenence and I have to say she has done an amazing job. In the space of 10 days I've had all my issues addressed that have been ongoing for quite a long time. Lori is the kind of employee that is worth her weight in gold, polite,professional, understanding and empathetic and treats you like a person not a job and an asset to the company.

I have worked with a number of letting agents and my experience with Wardhaugh has been far and away the best. I had been with my prior letting agent for over ten years but as they got bigger the service had drastically deteriorated so after a very positive recommendation I moved to Wardhaugh. The experience has been fantastic and a total breathe of fresh air, the service is very personal plus highly professional and proactive and I would have absolute confidence in recommending them to anybody.

I have two properties up for sale by different agents. My flat is an excellent property in Montrose. Upgraded, spacious three bedroom flat central to the town. It has been up for sale with Find my Buyer Montrose for a period in excess of one month. No statistics are forthcoming regarding views on website and no For Sale sign. For a top floor flat this (sales board) is imperative. When speaking to staff the attitude overall was negative. Not what a vendor would be seeking. I am aware properties of my type take time to sell (I have to be balanced and realistic). However, you need an estate agent with a positive forthright attitude coupled with a willingness to interact with possible buyers and advertise the property appropriately. This prompted me to sell my family home with Yopa. Contrary to the aforementioned the service here was excellent, sales staff highly proactive and positive plus I have access to statistics at a push of a button. A five star service at three star costs. Moreover, Yopa are far cheaper than Find My Buyer. I rarely make a review for services etc. Selling a property can be the most important time for a family/individual. To that end it is important to chose wisely your agent.

I have been with Vista Properties for just over 3 years and the service is outstanding, I had to move property due to landlord selling cottage and I went to see the team at Vista and with 24hours, new flat organised and moved in with not problems, had flooring replaced as it was beyond cleaning and new flooring in kitchen due to a tear in flooring. 100% recommend using Vista, Great team that will all help you whenever they can to make everything so easy and streamline! The good: - Staff is generally nice, however I would recommend to avoid contacting managing director directly as he seems to be always over worked - Received my deposit back with no hassle - Flat was very nice with basic white goods - Problems have been fixed typically within 1-2 weeks The not so good: - Tenancy changeover was long and problematic for me so I wouldn't recommend a flat share

Be sure to fully check the property beforehand as they are very good at trying to hide problems I.e damp and draughts. Then they complain when you ask them to fix it and deny any problems exist despite photographic evidence. Some of the staff are also rude and condescending so I would definitely avoid this company at all costs unless you want a stressful life.

Brilliant, breath of fresh air and I would definitely recommend. Glen had viewings lined up the day after we moved out and a great tennant was moved in within 10 days. I found all my dealings with all the staff at Thyme very responsive and professional. Give them a chance. You won’t be disappointed.
