A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Excellent service provided by the legal department to complete the purchase of our new home. They were extremely attentive keeping us updated of progress and completed the contract on-time despite the sluggishness of the sellers solicitors. Charged nearly £500 to replace a box room carpet sized 9 sq.m - be careful! Very poor sound insulation in buildings, the whole building shakes if a neighbour slams a door

Very poor communication. Offer you a move then agents decide if you can afford it or not. Agents do not communicate, and when issues arise they are of little help. Martin lead agent does nothing to assist except from tells "false truths" Be very wary
