A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. I have been a landlord for twenty years now and like anyone in that position knows that it is a business full of people that should not be in that business.... people that don't care about your money, people that don't care about the tenant's money, companies with a staff turnover. Aberdeenshire Leasing has looked after my two flats for a few years now after a bad experience with a big company that had moved into the granite city's market. They have absolutely NOT been like that company or several others I have delt with. They try to find you good tenants, they try not to squander your money, they try to protect yours and the tenants interests and not just take their percentage. Alan knows his line of work well and so do his colleagues... and unlike some bigger competitors you don't get passed from pillar to post when something needs sorted.

Aberdeenshire Leasing are an excellent company with dedicated, helpful and above all friendly staff. We couldn’t recommend them more to prospective tenants. They maintain the property we rent to the highest standards and any issues are taken care of quickly and professionally. After a terrible experience with another landlord and leasing agency, Aberdeenshire Leasing, particularly Angie and Alan, have been extremely understanding and helpful. Overall, we feel safe knowing that the property we live in has been taken care of in the past and will be taken care of properly in the future.
