I have been a landlord for twenty years now and like anyone in that position knows that it is a business full of people that should not be in that business.... people that don't care about your money, people that don't care about the tenant's money, companies with a staff turnover. Aberdeenshire Leasing has looked after my two flats for a few years now after a bad experience with a big company that had moved into the granite city's market. They have absolutely NOT been like that company or several others I have delt with. They try to find you good tenants, they try not to squander your money, they try to protect yours and the tenants interests and not just take their percentage. Alan knows his line of work well and so do his colleagues... and unlike some bigger competitors you don't get passed from pillar to post when something needs sorted.

They maintain the property we rent to the highest standards and any issues are taken care of quickly and professionally. Office staff less than helpful and had to be chased to take any action. We eventually sold our house privately, after 2 1/2 years of comparative inaction. It was curious that we had "viewings" shortly after each visit to discuss "progress". Pure coincidence? To be fair, the solicitor who handled the conveyancing etc. (Jordan Watt) was professional , helpful & efficient.

With the selling and buying of both properties we found that we had to contact them for any updates. We have bought and sold previous properties with Aberdeen Consodine in Aberdeen we had no issues at all with them.We felt that the Inverurie personnel were not very professional at all?

The team at Aberdein Considine Peterhead marketed and sold my property while I was overseas.I was kept up to date during the process with no problems very professional and efficient at all times. Charged nearly £500 to replace a box room carpet sized 9 sq.m - be careful! Very poor sound insulation in buildings, the whole building shakes if a neighbour slams a door

Very poor communication. Offer you a move then agents decide if you can afford it or not. Agents do not communicate, and when issues arise they are of little help. Martin lead agent does nothing to assist except from tells "false truths" Be very wary
