I've recently moved out of a property managed by Stoneacre after living there for four and a half years. Throughout the tenancy, Stoneacre have been responsive to and reasonable about any issues I've had. For example, when our washing machine broke down it was replaced within the week with a brand new, fit-for-purpose model. Stoneacre's issue reporting tool online is also excellent, no hassle whatsoever in the few times I've had to use it. The members of staff that I've directly been involved with come across as professional without being distant - Lucy, Katherine and Adam in the past year to drop some names - you've all been excellent.

Brilliant service throughout whilst selling the home of a deceased relative. Kate and team managed the process in exemplary fashion throughout from valuation, marketing, viewings and through to the business end of the supply chain. I particularly valued the level of trust Kate and team built, with the entire transaction managed remotely as the family no longer live in the area. Couldn't recommend more highly.

My dad booked a viewing the other day, he doesn't drive so had to walk about 3 miles, he was told to ring 10 mins before he got there so he did but no answer. He got to the property rang another 3 times but still no answer. After waiting 30 minutes and another unanswered call decided to walk back home. Still no call back to apologise or an explanation. Very poor service.
