After a terrible experience with Hunters which left me with nowhere to live, I eventually found somewhere else through Linley & Simpson. The whole process was completely different and 100% more professional. I mainly dealt with Holly who was super helpful, and I now have somewhere wonderful to live, with no worries about what will happen if I need to contact them for anything. My girlfriend and I recently rented a property through Reeds Rains Wakefield. We moved up from London which meant that we were unable to view properties in person and were naturally a bit nervous about this. However, the whole Reeds Rains team was excellent and made sure we were well looked after throughout the whole process. We mostly dealt with Sam & Claire, both of whom were fabulous. Claire was the main agent dealing with us and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect us. She is a naturally warm and caring person and was always responsive and happy to answer our (many!) queries, making sure the whole process went smoothly and our new home is the perfect place to start the next chapter in our life. We would highly recommend Reeds Rains Wakefield and will definitely approach Claire first should we seek to move again in the future!

Sam from Lettings and her team of Claire and Leanne have provided an excellent 10/10 all round service. The quality and quantity of photos have been to a very high standard. We have been pleased that our properties have been matched to the correct tenants and the properties a let quickly whilst carrying out the correct checks. Convenient regular correspondance via email and telephone too with regular prompt updates. Overall very good professional, quality and responsive service. Keep up the good service :)

Good company I was just disappointed as I paid a holding deposit which I couldn't get back i knew this was the case but as I explained to them it was because of the corona virus and the application was for a shared house so i was just looking out for other people and I thought I would receive the same decency back.

I honestly can't sing their praises enough. Had a number of issues which were all resolved same day. I've been renting over two years now and I've never had a situation where I've got a answer or response within half an hour. Their professional knowledgeable support staff are sure to put your mind at ease. Their welcoming and kind attitude towards me was instantly a winner! Martin & Co were absolutely amazing at dealing and communicating with us regarding our house move. Danielle was so helpful at making sure she kept us informed of the progress, which was extremely appreciated as it made the whole move less stressful. We went to look around the property and instantly fell in love and knew that this is where we wanted to live. During the visit we signed and paid the deposit and then the property was taken off the market while checks were completed - this is a massive advantage to using Martin & Co as they make you well valued as a tenant and not just another application. All the checks were highly professional and the move in date was decided to best suit us. It's me who posted the review I didnt realise I was signed on my partners account im on the tenancy. And beth isn't here every night iam entitled to have guest over but I wanted her to move in and put her on the tenancy as we discussed when you was here and you said you will be going to office and be back in touch I heard nothing then yesterday afternoon the lanlord who I've never met before put his hand on me and threatened to smash my face in the police have been informed and I have a witness from another address. I also have photo evidence of him and his car. I've been on the phone too citizens advice so I know my rights do you?

A very poor unprofessional company had to get police involved had one of there lanlords assault me then when I go to make a complain I was basically called a liar hopefully this company goes bust.. anyone who's wanting to go with these PLEASE BE careful...
