Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

Highly recommend the team at Martin and Co Saltaire Branch. On viewing a property I was greeted by Samantha who was very friendly and chatty. She allowed me to take pictures and videos as my husband couldn’t attend that day and gave me all the information in regards to securing the property. I knew immediately that I wanted the house so I didn’t hesitate to put in the application for it. Samantha rang me to inform me the landlord wanted to go ahead and I was over the moon. From then on, I dealt with Kathryn. She was polite, friendly and would call to keep me updated on the process. There were a few issues in regards to securing the house and Kathryn helped us with this. The whole process was easy from start to finish and everything could be done electronically rather than travelling to the office. I cannot thank Samantha and Kathryn enough for helping us secure our new home. Highly recommend.

Martin & Co handled the end of tenancy and reletting in a thoroughly professional manner and provided a first class service, offering sensible advice over contentious issues involving tenant's deposit. Well recommended for any landlord, especially one remote from the area.

Brilliant service throughout. From viewing all the way to now and I have lived in my property since Christmas. Not an agent that disappears once you've signed up. Still in good contact today. thoroughly recommended. Hope I dont need to leave my current house for years but if I did would 100% use these guys again.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE. And if you do use this company to rent a house I suggest you take as many photographs as you can of pre existing faults as soon as you can. I rented a property from them in January. At the check in appointment it was apparent that there were numerous issues which I pointed out to the agent. I was told that the agents wouldn’t bother about minor things at the checkout but having had previous experience of landlords who subsequently blame the tenants for any faults I didn’t want to rely on that. So I got the agent to note the faults on the inventory eg: - dirty property (they said they would “see what they could do” - they did nothing) - Dirty extractor fan - they wrote it was in good condition but I asked them to note it was dirty and held together with duct tape - one room was described as “good condition” I asked them to note the carpet was badly stained and the light wasn’t working During my tenancy there were numerous issues which I reported but each time I backed up any phone calls with emails to record the issues - faulty lights/electrics: the living room light and the exterior light didn’t work. When the electrician came out he said the fuse box was dangerous and when he took the floor boards up he discovered the electric cabling in the bedroom and landing were laid over the hot water pipes! He replaced the fuse box and relaid the cables to the 3rd floor but did not look at the cabling anywhere else- goodness knows what the rest is like. He couldn’t mend the exterior light and this is a safety issue as the exterior surfaces are so broken and badly laid they are dangerous - the oven burnt everything I tried to cook but inside the food was raw. Despite notifying of this it was never repaired and I bought a mini halogen oven to cook with. The cooker was so old that it had burnt on food on the inside, even so, I tried my best to clean it before my checkout appointment but the agent commented that it was dirty. I told him it was not possible to clean it anymore and showed him by rubbing my hand over it that it was clean but just burnt on as it was when I moved in - the boiler was eventually replaced after I reported 3 break downs. The boiler man left the kitchen soaked with water and plaster dust from installing the new boiler. Despite my best attempts to clean and dry it out the kitchen was still damp and plaster dust had stuck to the floor at the checkout appointment. The agent tried to make out it was my fault and the kitchen “could have been cleaner”. I told him it was dirty when I moved in, and that this was dirt caused by the boiler repair and it was physically impossible to remove as it was stuck to the floor - the agent asked how the top bedroom carpet had got stained - as though it was my fault. I told him it was like that when I moved in and had told the original agent to note it down and now I’m so glad I did! - the agents tried to claim £200 from my deposit for damage to a laminate floor. I told them, and the Deposit Protection Service, that the flooring was not fit for purpose as the edges broke and crumbled off when you tried to clean it. In fact the agents own check in photograph showed pre existing damage and uneven surfaces and the deposit scheme have today confirmed they are returning my deposit in full so I am extremely relieved that I took my own photographs to dispute the agents claim. So use them if you have to, but cover your own back.....

Worst estate agent's ever!! don't do the repairs as promised. They leave you with no heating and hot water. I had to get the environmental health on them I have 2 small children too. I would avoid!!!

Highly recommend key in properties to any one looking for quality accommodation. I have used them personally a few times now and recommend my friends and family. Highly professional and excellent service provided which is very rare to find from letting agents. Nothing is hidden they throughly explain everything so you can rest assured there is no hidden charges etc. I’ve used a number of letting agents in the past and found nothing but hassle they end keeping your deposits extra charges etc Not with these guys, give them a try and you will see the difference. Best of luck guys 👍
