The Pudsey team at William H Brown handled the sale of my Dad and his wife's house. They were excellent to deal with from initial house inspection and valuation, through to completion. Within a few days of going live the house had around 25 viewings booked and my dad and his wife accepted a great offer above the asking price within the first week. Our experience with Hunters Pudsey has been great, the process has been really easy with them and Kirsty is always there to help with any questions we have had. Although the circumstances at the moment are hard, it hasn't seemed to get in the way of getting great service, can't fault them at all! Plus we didn't get nagged by them when we went for a viewing, which was a nice change compared to the other estate agents we had viewings with!
