Alex was so helpful and encouraging, it's daunting waiting for the call to say whether your offer has been accepted or not, and she was so cheerful and helped put me at ease when I was so nervous everything was going to fall through. Alex has been an absolute joy to deal with. Her honesty and willingness to help is amazing. You really feel like you’ve got someone on your side when you are feeling a bit bogged down in the buying/selling process. Nothing is too much trouble and she is just happy to help and be a bit pushy when you need someone on the case.

My Fiancé and I have just started to move into our first rental apartment together. We were searching for the right home for quite a while and were put onto waiting lists and had to compete with others interested in the same homes. We applied straight away and were surprised at how easy and quick the process was and that we were accepted so soon after the application. They were both friendly and professional. Any problems or questions we had were dealt with straight away, over the phone or via email. Excellent service - definitely 5 stars!
