We used Northwood to sell a house in Leeds, very pleased with the whole process. Easy to understand contract, excellent photographs which helped attract interest, and a friendly but professional approach throughout. We'd use them again if we wanted to sell a house.

We have used Northwood to rent properties twice now and each time we have had a great experience. Adam the manager is super friendly and happy to answer and queries or concerns. Great team at the office who always get back to you as soon as they can to sort any issues. Would definitely recommend Northwood Leeds great estate agents.

Great estate agents, the most professional I've dealt with in 6 years of renting. Very quick responses to any and all queries, and the most communicative I've ever experienced. These are the model of the estate agency all others should strive to become.

Get the job done. Often with better prices than most. Have waited months to let with other agencies and Northwood just gets the right people in quickly.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Made several enquiries by phone and email, each time promised contact however never returned calls. Eventually got a viewing booked only to turn up and find the property had already been let and no one in the office had the decency or common sense to let us know. Staff sound disinterested in conversation and seemingly a lack of management and structure. Not even worthy of 1 star.

Extremely unprofessional company. I read all the bad reviews but thought I’d give them benefit of the doubt and gave them a ring about a property I wanted to enquire about. I had to call 5+ times at numerous times during the day before I got an answer. I also sent an email in relation to another enquiry the same day and almost a week later no response, nothing at all. I dread to imagine what they’ll be like if you are to encounter any issues when actually renting through them! They have some decent properties to rent at seemingly fair prices but based on their lack of basic professionalism I will be avoiding this outfit like the plague and recommending the same to any one else who asks me about them.

A year later, I have been billed with a council tax and an energy bill that aren’t mine. I have been trying to contact Moorland to receive a copy of my tenancy agreement as proof that I was not living there. My last hope was to leave an extremely negative review to get their attention and it has worked. It has taken a negative review to finally receive my tenancy agreement. I am grateful that I have received it now but it shouldn’t have taken so long. Other than this, I had no problems with Moorland. Whenever there was a maintenance issue, they resolved the matter quickly. Applying for the property and the paper work was also very simple and I received my deposit back quickly after my tenancy had ended. I had no unresolved issues whilst I was with them.

Great experience dealing with Moorland Property. Absolutely lovely during our viewing. Gave us a thorough breakdown of property details and was able to answer all our questions. Would happily recommend this agency!
