I made appointment with them for viewing a house to let, but they didnt gave me the address and after my three times of calling them, they told me i will get call from them. After that the property was off the market. They didnt let me know what the situation was. Sorry but it needs to be professionally done. I would never them to anyone

He shared local market knowledge, found tenants quickly and gave me regular updates throughout the process. Neil was great to deal with and made the process very easy and simple. We have used Bennett lettings both as and landlord and a tenant. We rented our house out for 6 months whilst we went backpacking. Neil quickly found a tenant and we did not have to do anything whilst away, the rental was taken good care of. On our return, the house was left in great condition and we were able to move straight back in. As a tenant, We were well looked after. Neil found us a property at very short notice . We liked the place so much we considered buying it. Any maintenance issues were professionally dealt with and when we left, our deposit was promptly returned.
