Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

As a tenant, I can't praise Laura's company highly enough. I've been so impressed by the way I've been dealt with from the outset - Laura has made what can be quite a difficult process quite painless, with her efficient, prompt management of all the paperwork. Her warm professionalism inspires huge confidence. She clearly cares deeply about both her tenants & landlords & has a team of brilliant staff supporting her. I was particularly impressed recently with how quickly a minor plumbing issue was sorted out within hours of reporting it. Courteous, respectful & brilliant at comm nicariing promptly - what more could you ask?!

I’ve been with LJF managing my property for over 7/8 years and I wouldn’t use anybody else. The service is second to none, Laura is on call for us whenever we need her. It’s most definitely the best service I’ve ever experienced having been in rented property myself.
