Terrible after sales service. Lack urgency. Not proactive. However pre sale service is service good, but perhaps that’s because the guy that showed us round wasn’t actually directly employed by Hardisty.

Hardisty's were brilliant from the initial valuation process, the preparation of particulars, and the marketing of our home; all the way through to completion. We are particularly grateful to the excellent Rebecca Dutton who was responsive, enthusiastic and reassuring through a stressful process, she's a real asset to Hardisty's. Highly recommended!

We sold our house with Hardisty 2020/21. We had quotes from several agents but their's was the most competitive, excluding options like Purple bricks, although I honestly don't think we would have got the high asking price we did with one of the more budget national agents, so it would've been a false economy. Hardisty handled the negotiations very skilfully and we were really pleased with the outcome. Their branding is very slick and their service is efficient and professional.

So far, Hardisty has proved to be the right choice in the sale of my house. Joe has guided and supported me though the process of finding a buyer. He was responsive to all my enquiries and anxieties. Whether though text, email or phone call, he responded quickly. Patient in listening to me and struck a valuable balance between offering advice from his own expertise, but listening to what was important to me from a personal perspective. It was good to have a go to person. All other staff have been very professional in their dealings with me. I am looking forward to the next phase of the journey in the completion of the sale 🤞🤞🤞

Fantastic service from the very start of the valuation process to the final completion. I felt I had a partner that was project managing the process , easing the journey and taking all the stress and pressure of a significant change event in the families life. Communications were excellent throughout. Highly highly recommended.

Shocking customer service . contacted 3 times to arrange a viewing never got back to me . Booked a viewing on there web site still no reply . The house sold and never got the chance to view it. If your thinking of selling with these think again you could be missing out on a higher offer .

I contacted Martin and Co Horsforth on Friday to report a boiler issue causing no hot water and heating. The out of hours line notified me on the day that they’ll treat this as an emergency. Not a single response or callout was made, i decided to ring up for an update on Tuesday (4 days later) and spoke to a rude woman by the name of Caroline who said she doesn’t care and hung the phone up. Never experienced such horrible customer service from a company before. And when I do get a buy to let, i definitely know which estate agent to avoid!

I was a landlord with them, and had a small issue with our tenants. Richard was very unprofessional in his demeanour. He was not impartial. He used offensive language towards me. Very unpleasant experience.

I rented from Martin and Co Horsforth for a year during lockdown and they were brilliant. My main contact was Carolyn, her and the rest of the team are extremely professional, easy to contact and resolved any problems quickly. As I tenant, I can highly recommend renting from them.

I have used Martin & Co as a rental agent for the last 15 years and they have always been attentive and managed to re let my property quickly when it became vacant. I recently used them as a sales agent. They sold the property immediately ( some of that was good fortune )and the sale was handled efficiently. I would recommend them for both services.
