Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

I have rented two properties from Hunters Leeds as a tenant and have been provided with awful service on both occasions, and I would strongly recommend not using their services as a tenant. The first property was in disrepair on moving in, including a fridge not working that was promised to be fixed (wasn't the entire tenancy). When a shattered tile in the second bathroom was repaired after a month wait, it caused a leak in the wall with poor grouting that resulted in a silverfish infestation. I complained and requested a solution regularly for the remaining seven months of the tenancy, and only once did a contractor visit, and it was while I was out, and there was no noticable improvement. An agent also illegally entered this property in January 2020, not notifying me beforehand, and upon my complaint blamed a bug in their system for the lack of notice and refused to apologise. The second property I moved to on a promise that Hunters had turned a new leaf and I received an apology for the service I had received previously. The legs of a sofa were broken on move in, but this was raised and we could make do so didn't request a replacement out of goodwill. The tenancy went through without much incident, and the one repair we requested to blinds was done in a timely manner, but there were huge problems upon leaving. Hunters raised several issues to take money from our deposit, all of which we provided evidence back that this was not damage caused by us, or was raised on repair portals as an item deteriorating but that we would not need a replacement to keep Hunters informed of wear and tear. Four further times I had to email evidence (downloaded from Hunters' own systems) that we were not at fault, and still Hunters continued to demand money, including for the legs of the sofa mentioned previously. It was only on threat of complaint to Hunters' Head Office that they eventually stopped trying to take money from our bond. A couple of quotes from phone calls about this bond return are: "We work on behalf of the landlord so we have to get the best deal for them here" "50 quid is a very nominal fee between 3 to put this to bed and to get your bond back" "Sometimes you just have to swallow your pride and not standby your principles. It's only 50 quid for the legs" Hunters provided awful service and I would not recommend them to any tenants looking to rent in the Leeds area. I cannot comment on other Hunters branches. I can provide evidence for all the claims above (excluding phone call quotes) to anyone who requires it.

Friendly and helpful estate agents. Got a nice flat secured with no issues and Scott was helpful and answered all our questions at the viewing. He fed back to the landlord that we mentioned wanting a smaller table and was pleasantly surprised it was sorted before we moved in! Would recommend.

Hunters have amazing people that are really helpful and available to sort any problems you have. Jeremy, Kate and Scott have been first class with there help throughout my time with Hunters and I can’t thank them enough. Hunters is the best Estate and letting agency you will find and give you a plethora of great properties to choose from.

Excellent standards and a professional service! Natalie helped us every step of the way arranging our new tenancy agreement. It was a completely stress-free experience with phone calls and emails updating us on progress. Her colleagues Vicky (who also responded promptly to emails / calls), Kate (who offered friendly help and advice) and Lesley (handling maintenance and inspection, politely and efficiently) makes this a brilliant team to work with. Pleasant and very much appreciated, many thanks! *UPDATE* When we vacated the property this level of service remained first-rate. The final inspection by Alice was very thorough with any issues we had resolved promptly. Highly recommended!

Nice and easy to deal with, excellent advice and service. No issues at all with them, they have successfully let two houses within weeks.

Absolutely recommend R&W Lettings to renters! Guy and team went the extra mile to call us back when a property became available again that ticked all our boxes. They expertly and efficiently guided us through a complicated tenancy application process. Also quickly communicated concerns to the landlord, which were resolved just as quickly. Very clear, forthright communication about the property as Guy has managed this and other local properties for many years. Thanks R&W!

I have been looking for a home to rent in recent weeks as I am relocating from the Midlands to up north. I have dealt with various letting companies who have been absolutely dreadful. I have had so much of my time and energy wasted. I first called r and w lettings to discuss a property I had interest in. They made the transaction very smooth and pleasant. I dealt with Simon who has been very helpful and managed to secure the home I wanted. I think they are brilliant and in future would love to use them again. This is a very well run company and I salute Simon for all his help as I think I can be a difficult client myself. I can't praise him enough and I'm very happy with the service I have had so far 🙂 keep up the great work it's been difficult for me to find a company that is quick with communication and helping you go through the process.

R&W took care of our property while we lived overseas. They treated our property as if it was their own. We enjoyed peace of mind during the whole time our house was in their care. We where extremely pleased with R&W as our property managers.

I have rented from these guys several different properties over the years and always found them to be very helpful, understanding, responsive and professional. I have cats, so its always an issue for landlords. Everywhere I have tried to rent previous there is always a premium to pay for animals, which is understandable. I expect it. But as I usually leave a property pristine, R&W Lettings have taken notice and helped me to negotiate the the premium down on my latest rental. There are a lot of letting agents in Harrogate, but these guys do actually care about their tenants.

I’ve both rented and bought through JLL and all the staff I have dealt with have been incredibly helpful at all times. I appreciated all their time in helping me get into my new home and also won’t hesitate to return to JLL should I consider letting it out in the future.

I've been using JLL for the last 5 years either buying, renting out and selling my property. The entire team always responsive, professional and helpful. Especially Sharan who always goes the extra mile to keep me informed and updated in a timely manner. Even after the business was completed they still assisted me with details I needed when asked, which is more than I can say about other property related business's I've dealt with.

Spent 3 weeks contacting this company trying to get details of a property they were advertising 'for sale'. Called every day for the first week and numerous times during the second and third week. Emailed people in the company and each time I was told, one person was out and the other was in a meeting. Eventually got a call back to say the property was sold. Appalling level of customer care. I would not recommend this company
