A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. I just wanted to call out the really positive experience I had dealing with Reeds rains Hebden on a recent house move from South to West Yorkshire. Zach was great in pushing forward the purchase of My house. He kept everyone upto speed with the honest state of play and was always on the front foot in bringing together the solicitors in the chain - so much so my solicitors even commented on how good he was! Also he went the extra mile in giving me a locals view on the amenities, schools etc - which has helped me settle in really well! Thanks again for the stand out service!

Have been trying to view a property for a while now. Margaret who I believe is one of the owners does not seem to want to sell this, because I have not been able to get booked booked a viewing despite several requests. I work full time and need a weekend viewing, which has been impossible for her to arrange. Was condescending on the phone and unwilling to help. I guess in today 's market she must have options, but why not be kind and helpful and risk losing a customer???
