Excellence Deserves Recognition I was extremely, extremely lucky to find Tony Taylor (Manager) in the Leeds office when I was forced to sell my property by a very awkward lender due to an imminent end of term date and their refusal to extend. I had originally intended to list my property in January 21 but Tony completely changed my thinking and we moved it forward to September 20 which proved to be the best advice I ever received and I am SO glad that I listened to the expert and his advice. No sooner had he listed my property he sold it successfully at the asking price and the sale proceeded effortlessly with my using their in-house solicitors who were absolutely fantastic. Their communication was superb. The level of professionalism from Tony and the entire team was incredible and I cannot recommend Tony highly enough. I’ve just rented one of my other houses… I’ve just rented one of my other houses by the WH Brown Leeds17 branch. Roxanne Watts, the Lettings Manager replies swiftly and her staff are so jolly and helpful, like Jess and Molly in-fact each one are experienced with advice. I’m looking to move to another area out of Leeds and have found that staff in Wakefield branch like Lucy and Heather in Pontefract branch have been spot on and attentive to my criteria looking for the right house and in this crazy pandemic time looking for a home so we can also benefit from the stamp duty holiday. I feel confident they will help me find our new home and so also hoping to use the same services to either sell or rent my current home too.
