From the beginning of the process to settling into our new home, the Halifax team have been amazing. They have gone above and beyond to help us. Sarah was incredible from start to finish, keeping us well updates throughout the whole process (something which we have not experienced through the process of looking for a rental property elsewhere) She exceeded all expectations. Matthew was also extremely helpful during the handover and more than willing to answer any questions we had during the application process! The team overall were, responsive, enthusiastic, understanding and genuinely really lovely. We would recommend them to anyone, it was the best and most efficient move we have ever experienced.

Boococks is a pleasure to deal with, the sales and rental teams are friendly and will do everything they can to make sure your experience goes smoothly. They also have a ramp outside for easy access. Parking is a little hard as they don't have a car park but if your able to walk it's easy to park in town then walk to Boococks. I know they are still working hard during Covid-19. Keep up the good work guys, your all doing well. 👍

From initial contact to occupancy Boococks were very informative towards myself as a first time tenant. Information provided, from Gina Brown in particular, was clear and my questions were answered in a timely and supportive manner.
