These people are bullys and not help full very critical and not very professional won't answer the phone make people send texts if you have a problem with them I urge no body use these

Re: MoveUp properties in Huddersfield Unreliable and unprofessional ! It took over two months to fix the extractor fan. More works pending well over three months. Extremely poor administration and terrible service!

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND COWBOYS. WENT TO VIEW HOUSE. DECIDED TO RENT IT, SIGNED CONTRACT, PAID DEPOSIT AND 1 MONTH RENT UPFRONT. GOT KEYS AND THERE WAS NO RUNNING ELECTRICITY OR GAS!!!! REFUSED TO GIVE MONIES BACK UNTIL THEY GOT LETTER FROM COURT VIA SOLICITOR.

The BlackHorse helped our friends to managed 116 and 607 Sunbridge Halls in 2020. But my friends have never received the rental. They often wrote to the staff Faisal, but no reply. It looks that this company is good at cheating.

Useless. Took weeks and weeks to get a reply to a buyer enquiry then loads of excuses/lies. Absolute waste of time, they are not even remotely interested in selling property. Avoid them.

Without prejudice- We had raw sewage leaking from a pipe in our garden and despite them being aware of it , it wasn't sorted out the entire time we lived there. Now they are being ridiculous and petty and refusing to give us our full deposit back by more than 2/3rds despite us leaving the house in a lovely condition. Poor, wouldn't recommend at all.

I have just had another excellent job completed at the barn that I rent from Bradford estates by their extremely experienced maintenance team. I have been a tenant of Bradford Estates for over 5 years and have been taken very good care of throughout that time. The office staff couldn't be more helpful, very friendly and efficient, getting issues resolved quickly and professionally. I used to have a business that involved dealing with many landlords, none of which came anywhere close to Bradford Estates standards. I wouldn't dream of renting from anyone else. Pleasant as always

Very professionally run, with a human touch. All of the stock properties are set in beautiful countryside and are kept well maintained by a happy freindly team. Will need to be quick though as a vacant home won't be empty for long. Perfect if you are looking for a long term, secure private let in the countryside.
