A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Redbrick have managed my single property for more than 10 years. Really good agency, they arranged a viewing for us straight away! Harry showed us around a number of flats and was really informative. He was really quick in communicating with the landlord and securing us a flat in a couple of days. Would highly recommend RedBrick properties!!

I can’t recommend Linley and Simpson Headingley highly enough. We were shown around some flats with Mark, who was really friendly and made the viewing process feel really comfortable. He listened carefully to our requests and recommended that we view another property which he thought would be a good fix for us. We absolutely loved the flat and Mark helped make the decision to apply feel really straightforward and stress free. We then spoke with Annie and Kyle when securing the property, who were both so clear and helpful outlining our next steps. Kyle was in regular contact to update us with the final steps to secure the property and was always really professional and knowledgeable. A great experience all round and I would recommend them to anyone looking to move!

My experience of 2.5 years with former Morgans lettings, now L&S Headingley branch has been a very positive one. The members of the team I was in touch, such as Sophie, Daniel, Rebecca and others have always been positive, courteous, straight forward. Once I had my broken front door lock replaced within half an hour. Best letting agents I met so far.

Moving from London to Leeds during the pandemic was a very daunting prospect but Mark, Abigail and Daniel have made the process so easy. They've been really responsive, always on hand to offer properties we might like and have kept us regularly and promptly updated throughout. We're only renting but didn't feel like we were viewed as less important than their buying and selling clients. If you're in need of a new property you could not ask for better people to be helping you.

Having had a few nightmare experiences with letting agents previously, Linley & Simpson was a stark contrast in comparison. We had a sleek and smooth process from the initial viewing right through to moving in, with Sarah and Abigail always following up and keeping in touch if we had any queries, which is so important as a tenant. Could not recommend enough from a tenant perspective, and any landlord should be safe in the knowledge that their property is being managed to a high quality and professional standard!
