Disappointed Called to book a viewing for a property they had for sale. I could only do Saturdays. The woman I spoke to told me they didn't usually do weekend viewings (not very good for an estate agent) She said she would call back when she had found out whether they could accommodate. I had a feeling no call back would materialise which is what happened. Will be contacting the owner of the property that was for sale directly to find out whether they are aware their estate agent is turning down interested parties.

Having rented a property through Locate for the last three and half years they have always been helpful, professional, responsive to any issues and easy to deal with! They offer good quality properties at very reasonable prices compared with several other agencies that I looked through, and have always been very honest and upfront throughout, from initial viewings, my time as a tenant and on leaving the property. Cannot recommend them highly enough to any people looking to rent through them as they have always gone above and beyond. Quick and easy inspection at the end of the tenancy and returned my bond in full less than 24 hours after this was completed - exceeded my expectations! I rented my property with Smart Move Properties and I am very satisfied. They have list of nice properties and reasonable prices. I did not faced any difficulties and they are very responsive. When I have any issues in the flat they are sending contractors straight away. I will be using Smart Property until I buy my own place ☺️

Rips you off

Apartments are really nice and modern looking. Building is well maintained and regularly cleaned. The area has full CCTV operation and even the corridors. Safe and easy access to car park as it is directly outside the apartment building.
