Reeds Rain have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole sale process from our valuation to completion! He has liased with every solicitor, sometimes daily, in our chain to ensure our sale has gone through. Doing not only his job but the job of other estate agents in our chain. I can guarantee without his amazing input this sale would have fallen through months ago. Garry and Hannah provided a professional friendly service, they were very responsive to any queries. emails , calls, etc, they were very helpful and both offered excellent customer service. The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy with no problems. I was happy and very grateful for everything they did to get me in my new house Thank you.

Constant recurring issues with my partners rented property. Back door is a fire hazard and won't open properly. Leak coming through roof from bath. Kitchen sink was leaking. Letting agents either don't respond to contact or don't resolve in reasonable timescale. Outside bins missing on moving in date and letting agents arguing the toss about getting them back. Would not recommend.

Was trying to get home for like 3 months. When you are calling they always want the same information that they took before. They promised to contact me and it never happened. Also they don't have information required in their houses about no pets... Do not believe them if they say "we'll contact you".

Poor branch as a whole, You are expected to allow them to run a hard credit check to even get a viewing potentially worsening your credit score. This means you might have a good score but they wont even let you VIEW it because they'll have someone with slightly better score. Absolute joke of a company, bank statements needed to be scanned for CCJ so they don't waste their time. Hiding behind COVID - Joke of a place.
