4 letting agents in Brown Royd

Myself and a friend contacted this company via their "book a viewing" link on the numerous websites and social media platform they advertised on 5 times and not one person bothered to reply. Upon ringing for a viewing Little Hitler on the other end of the phone refused to book a viewing because I would not divulge my financial information. Absolutely shocking way to conduct a business. I've never been more insulted.

As a first time renter I was apprehensive but the team at Premier Housing made everything so easy & stress free. From viewing, to signing contracts, I was in within ten days and full supported throughout the process. Even now they are still keeping in contact to make sure I am settled in okay. I lived in a Premier Housing studio flat in Leeds for 6 years whilst I was completing my medical degree at the University. I found the flat incredible value for money, given the competition in the market, and the agency were kind enough to maintain the rent at the low price I started renting it at, over the duration of the 6 years I was there, which is pretty unbelievable really. Also, nice considering it's a family run business, it didn't feel like the primary interest was money, as the staff were personable and relaxed. The office staff always answered the phone and responded the times when I had to get in touch with them, and being easy to communicate with is such a bonus. I would stay with Premier Housing if I could but I'm moving out of the county for work. I'd recommend :)

My current landlords very professional make sure you feel comfortable before you go into your new home. They go through all the check very Thorough and make sure your happy with you new home. My boiler wouldn’t start last night they had an engineer our within half an hour such an amazing company will be sticking with them. Thanks premier 🥰

I have been renting for over a year with Premier and have been impressed by how reliable they are. If I've had a problem they have sent someone to sort it out straight away. Obviously with Covid it has taken a little longer but they've still tried to do it quickly. I would highly recommend renting from them especially as a single parent they were really supportive. Cara from homelet provided provided excellent customer service. We wanted to move inn within a week due to my job situation and Cara kept us well informed of the progress. We felt being personally cared and welcomed. The house was very well cleaned when we moved inn. Overall I would give 10/10 to Cara from homelets for understanding our needs and making it all possible.

Excellent service from julia she was amazing in keeping me updated.. i felt like the only customer she had even though i know she has many.. would highly recommend homelets if you would like a personal service at a high standard
