Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Had a viewing arranged at 2pm today. Turned up 10 minutes early and there was another couple also waiting at the property.. 5 minutes later another couple also turned up to view the property. Found this to be unacceptable for us to either be expected to view the property all at the same time with the current pandemic, or for us to have to wait outside while the other couples each viewed the property. One couple found this to be unacceptable and left immediately, the other couple then left at 14:10 as the lady who worked for Craven Wildsmith was late. At 14:15 we called the estate agent to tell them we too were leaving.. We had no call to tell us they would be late, or how late they would be. They arranged a group viewing during a pandemic, or expected us to wait outside. If this is the level of customer service at the first viewing, I dread to think how they would be when it came to needing a boiler fixed, wanting a deposit returned or just any general complaint.

Well where do I start. From the first enquiry to the viewing to the present day, Paul, Victoria, and ALL the office staff have been very amiable. Yes we had a few tiny teething problems but nothing was the fault of the letting agents, and all faults were speedily dealt with. Any questions we asked was answered honestly and promptly. The staff are very friendly and helpful and our dealings with Paul have always had a good and positive response. In all honesty this is one of the best lettings company in the area.

Bi-annual house inspections aren't appreciated. Just another reminder that we're living in someone else's house. Leave the tenants to enjoy their homes please without feeling like they're under interrogation.

Absolutely, 100% useless. Knew nothing about the property. Not one viewing. I cannot describe how lazy and uninformative they were. Avoid. Sitting around in a good market and doing nothing to be paid. Overpriced the property and set us up to fail.

I have several properties managed by Portfields and would definitely recommend them as an agent. They are extremely efficient and I have always found them to be knowledgeable with any queries I have and provide an excellent service. Julian and Mark have a good team of lettings and sales staff on board and this is evident when speaking to them. I have dealt with them for 3 years now and would not use anyone else! I cant praise this lettings agency enough. We were looking for a long term let as our home. Came across a property of their website, we contacted portfield garrard and wright and from that moment they were professional, helpful and quick to respond. Dana from lettings side quided us through the process and made everything easy and relaxed. We have been here over a year now, there was an issue with a pvc door lock at one point. This was dealt with within 24 hours and done at a callout time that suited us. The bi annual inspections are again booked to suit our needs and are completed in a friendly and relaxed manner. If your looking for an estate agent for your needs then i suggest you give this local company a call.
