I had a great experience with Reed Rains in Rotherham, particularly Becky who is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I loved the attention to detail with the little welcome box, too.

Excellent service provided! Becky looked after me really well throughout all the stages of my moving in, she was always on hand to give updates and guide me through the process. All documentations were promptly provided and the agency were flexible with moving arrangements. Cannot recommend them enough!

I bought my first house from Reeds Rains Rotherham and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They were extremely helpful and kind, guiding me through the process and having very quick response times. Jenna Unwin was my main contact and she was fantastic - very responsive, both on the phone and email, she knew what she was talking about every time I had a question and was just a lovely person who was a pleasure to speak to. I wish I could buy all my future houses from her! Since I've bought the house, both Jenna and Becky (Cryan - the lettings agent) have been very kind and helpful with getting the house set up to rent it out. I cannot recommend Reeds Rains Rotherham more highly :-)

Rotherham Branch and Jenna in particular, was faultless - from initial pre-agency interview 19 months ago to final sale. To add, Jenna discretely and professional held together a difficult (family) tripartite communication process with humility and integrity from inquiry to sale closure! Conversely, it was unfortunate that the Sheffield based solicitor who assisted didn't apply the same standards of due (customer) care and attention!

Over the years I have bought and sold many properties. All I can say is that I wish every estate agent was easy to deal with as the team at the Rotherham office of Reeds Rains. Great communication. Easy to speak to. Always polite always helpful but furthermore on the commercial side the team combined thoroughness with thoughtfulness. Everything from the valuation to the end sale was handled with consummate professionalism . My day to day contact was Jenna Unwin but the whole team worked as one

Just wanted to put this feedback here or else I don’t think they would be interested in listening. Had made an inquiry for a prop in Rotherham area. Got a call today during day time to check in my status and availability from viewing from a female agent from the Rotherham office. I was still working and was on work call but still answered all her queries. She started asking me to do an appt. to get an Aip sorted or look out for rate comparisons with their internal advisor and I had politely declined but she just kept rambling without listening to me. Even after I told her I work for mortgages and at work right now.she won’t stop doing her sales pitch. At which point I had to bluntly stop her and remind her the main purpose of the contact is to get me a viewing booked not to sell me mortgage. At which point she got angry and upset and told me “she didn’t like being spoken to like this” and hung up. when I called back in my break to give a feedback another female agent answered and was worse than the first woman I spoke to, she was all for her colleague and even said that she was next to her listening to the agent talk to me (obviously she hasn’t heard my end of the conversation) but she was convinced I as a customer was rude and managed to upset her colleague! And has the audacity to ask me “why I had called them again just to repeat my discussion with her colleague”. And If I’m not interested they can stop the viewing process. I had simply called to check if they got a reply from the vendor. But her attitude was a disappointment, they both are a disaster. Lost business and a potential customer. These are the kind of agents (wish I had taken there names on the calls) who are threat not only to the business they work for but even the sellers who rely on them to get potential buyers. Pathetic service ! Wish could give them negative stars !

Great estate agents. My property was sold within 4 days and went to sealed bids. All staff are brilliant. Will not use any other estate agent. Thank you, you’re all brilliant !! 😁

Absolutely amazing team! helpful, kind, very on the ball. Sold our property within 2 weeks! Professional from the valuation through to selling and now helping us find a new property. We've recieved straight forward advice and they've put us in touch with a lovely straight forward financial advisor (he explains everything) and a solicitor at our request. Not pushy at all just really honest and helpful which is a breath of fresh air from an estate agent! By far the best estate agents we've ever used. I booked a viewing for a flat in which I had to book time off work. Turned up on the day of the viewing and nobody turned up. Shocking company

Disgusting behaviour from customer services. Rude, arrogant & very interruptive when trying to talk. Also takes ages to reply to any emails about rent, repairs etc. 3 years in a property & when we struggle because of the pandemic they don't want to help you with anything & expect you to pay all your wage on rent when furloughed & not getting 100% of your wage due to previous ilnesses/self isolation. Also landlord decides he can show up when he wants without notice & threaten a women & child as well as the man in the house a few weeks after & swearing in his face. If this is the type of service they think is acceptable then I find it disgusting! People need to be held accountable for their actions!!!!

Worked with YAB as a supplier of their CRM software, and find them very easy to work with, great communication & are clear with all queries and are very informed.

Purchased a property through YAB, have no complaints, very helpful and always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Had a gent named Harris deal with my case, despite being on annual leave he was always at hand to deal with any enquiries/ issues and was always keeping me updated with progress. Would definitely recommend YAB to anyone who is looking to purchase a property.

My daughter's friend has moved quite a long way from her home town to live in Rotherham. She visited a few properties and found one that was ideal. She was given a moving in date....HOWEVER, the basement is leaking and she's still waiting for a gas safety check. Workmen have cancelled on her twice now - after she's waited for them ! Also the previous tenant had lots of debt on both electricity and gas meters and it's been left to my daughter's friend to sort it out - which is proving VERY difficult! Her moving in date was a week ago and she still cannot move in! I have rented privately in the past and have never known anything like this!

Not great at all. Viewed a property which was hard to get sorted, was told there was another coming up that was more modern and I said I would take it but if it didn't come up, I'd still want the other. The person I dealt with said she would call me and keep me informed. This didn't happen so I chased twice and was told 'nothing yet'. Now the first property has gone and the second doesn't seem to be coming available so I'm now without any and wanted to live on the road it was on for years. They very rarely come up. Had this been a more professional outlet, I'd be moving now. No calls, no sorry. Don't sound bothered at all. Avoid.
