Recently sold my house via Blundells Woodseats. The staff could not be more professional, attentive and friendly!! Lizzie is the office manager and has been by far the most wonderful woman to work with. She advocates for her clients in a way I’ve never seen before. The girls in the office are always there to assist with any queries. The whole process has been completely delightful. We certainly won’t use anywhere else again. If you want an estate agent that does everything in their power for you and follows through on their promises, this is it.

Initially disappointed by first contact. As promised a fast response to sale by guy who took first call did not materialise & he failed to meet a critical deadline. However, the job was picked up by Liz who redeemed the companies reputation by providing excellent communication, providing guidance & support throughout a prolonged difficult sale. A true committed Professional of the first order. I would happily use & recommend Liz's services again.

This company is stressing out my friend beyond all measure. Poor paperwork, issues with deposit statements saying not protected etc, saying washing machine space but ordered w/m gap way too small and tenant had checked several times prior and needs a place for this. I am a landlord myself but this is highly disappointing to witness. I am hoping that the staff can be honest and helpful.

We have recently had an absolute nightmare purchasing a property through Whitehornes through no fault of theirs. The problems were caused by our vendors solicitors. I very rarely leave reviews but I wanted to leave one for Kerry at Whitehornes as without her help and support these last few weeks I would have lost my mind. She went above and beyond to try and help resolve the issues we were having with the vendors solicitors. She kept in constant contact and was so helpful and reassuring while I was having a complete breakdown. At one point my own solicitor refused to offer any further help but Kerry continued liaising with the vendor and his solicitor right to the very end. Thank you Kerry x
