When we decided to list our property in June 2021, we invited 5 estate agents to value our property. We chose to enlist our property with Preston Baker after Andrew came to value our property and gave a very thorough pitch as to why we should use them and backed it up with data. We were particularly taken with how professional both Preston Baker as a brand and also their staff members seemed to be. The brand exudes first class service. We chose to have a launch day a week or so after launching it on Rightmove. Charlotte came the day before to introduce herself and view the house. The launch day was successful, with 5 viewers ending with two offers. We have now accepted an offer. We were particularly appreciative of the Wattsapp group between ourselves and Charlotte as this has proven to be useful for contacting whilst at work and unable to take calls. Review on Robyn: Robyn is a credit to Noble. She has been nothing but helpful to myself and my partner whilst living at our flat. Robyn is timely with her response, will sort out queries and problems quickly and is always on hand to help.

Robyn was helpful and quick to respond. I appreciated that some of the correspondence was via message as it made it easier to get things done in between my work hours where I couldn't necessarily phone. She was friendly and approachable when taking photos for adverts and explained the process well.
