In Doncaster one member of the team Joanne has done an amazing job to help and support me over the last two months from advocating on my behalf with the landlord to getting contractors to come and sort minor issues I've had. It wasn't the easiest period for me as I had to move property 4 times due to leaks in the ceiling but knowing that I had a real person communicating with me about it made everything much more manageable. Joanne did a stellar job to facilitate the moves and I'm sincerely grateful for all of her support and professionalism. I would recommend William H Brown for house sales. Jessica and Jess were excellent from start to finish always keeping me updated with what was happening. Unfortunately my sale fell through 3 times but they had it back on the market the same day and resold within a week each time! Your Move were the best move we've made! After originally going with an online estate agent & not having the best experience we shopped around & Your Move were friendly, professional and speedy. They gave us a realistic valuation and helped us achieve over asking price. Very impressed with the company as a whole. Every time I rang for information when selling my Dads’ house they were very helpful. Once a seller was found Gareth kept me informed of what was going on each step of the way . He was patient when I asked numerous questions and was always very quick to respond. I was anxious as didn’t know how the process worked and the time frame - but Gareth kept me calm and explained the process. Everything went smoothly and would definitely recommend them.

I haven't dealt with this company personally, I was just looking for possible alternatives for my current living situation. Ive found their web site is easy to browse and find what you are looking for. Prices seem reasonable considering past experience. May be one day in the future I will have the pleasure of dealing with them personally.

Unprofessional. I was in the process of buying a house with them and it was removed from their website. When my mortgage was talking along time to deliver (due to covid), it was then readvertised on their website as sstc, and the person who also made an offer 4 months earlier, on the property miraculously found out and gazumped us, I feel that they facilitated this. Me and my husband were heartbroken as we had found our dream home.

When considering which estate agent to use there are many choices available but having spoken to Richard at the Doncaster office I was convinced Reeds Rains was the right choice and wasn't disappointed. From beginning to end his help and more importantly his advice was invaluable,not only on the sale of our property but regarding the purchase of our new home,which they weren't even handling. The decisions I would have made without Richards advice would have been the wrong ones but with his advice and guidance we were able to sell our house quickly and buy our dream home, he really went the extra mile, always available, extremely wise and knowledgeable as were his colleagues Paul and Pam, so glad I used a 'proper' estate agent.

I have a BTL property that is fully managed by Reed Rains Agent Doncaster. The staffs have been very helpful, professional and excellent at responding to inquiries.

We have just sold and bought properties using reeds rains, they gave us an excellent service, kept in good communication with us throughout the whole process and helped us with a smooth transition as possible during lockdown. Chris and Pam were brilliant, would definitely recommend.

Although I do not rent a home with Fresh I live next to one that they manage. In March the tenants moved out and left it in a mess. Both front windows are smashed and there is probably 5 tons of rubbish in the garden. I rung fresh to ask if it could be sorted as our house is going up for sale and the summer was warm and all we could smell is the rubbish. We are now in November and the rubbish is still there and the windows are still smashed. I have spoken to them on numerous occasions and they said they will sort it. Then they said that the landlord is putting the property up for auction and selling the rubbish with it. The house is just sat there and the rubbish is attracting rats and they DO NOT CARE!!! All of the viewings on our property have said they won’t make an offer due to the state of next door. I’ve now had to contact the council and my next step will be to put photos of the property on social media platforms. The communication between landlord and agent is disgusting. From the way the property next to mine has been managed I wouldn’t recommend Fresh to ANYONE!! Not only that they let this house get into this condition twice in the last 12 years so from a landlord perspective checks aren’t done and they are happy as long the rent gets paid it seems
