A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. I can say I'm I'm extremely happy with the help response in communication and the speed of how quick they deal with things.. I enquired in regards a property I has seen and although viewing of the property was already underway the member of staff (hope) made the time and effort and went the extra mile to fit me in to view the property While at the viewing I was very impressed with the knowledge she had regards the property no matter what questions I had !! The next morning I was sent a follow up email from hope in regards the property and I had a few outstanding questions i had not asked and the speed of the response was brilliant and even more impressive was how fast hope worked to get me this property as I would say with in about 2 or so hours of saying I would like to apply for it hope had gone an extra mile or two to make this possible and all paperwork and check was complete just as fast as I was sending them and even kept my self informed the progress and consent communication. And a day later I was accept and and contract was signed and moving date agreed. Even after my move in date they have kept in contact to see how things are going and offer continued support and advice. I could not thank staff enough for the service they have provided..and recommend them

Shefflets have been providing tenant finding service for over 5 years and I have always received a fantastic service from them. Their staff are polite, professional and very responsive. We have stayed in one of their properties for just over two years and we have always found the staff to be very responsive. We can easily raise any maintenance issues through the website and get a quick response to these. Overall they have been very accommodating/helpful to us as tenants.
