We sold our house in 2020 with CPH Property, and although it wasn't the smoothest of sales because of issues further down the chain, they provided an outstanding service. Dionne always went above and beyond to keep the sale progressing, her knowledge of the process is incredible and we really appreciate all of the hard work she has done to get the sale through. I strongly recommend CPH Property Services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, you won't regret it!

Where should I begin? Not even deserving of 1 star. Extremely unprofessional, they do not get repairs done, unless reminded they are in breach of their contract. These agents are an absolute sham. Regardless of how many times something is reported, these people do not care. Their excuse of covid is so outdated now. We have had so many issues since moving in. There was so much damp in the house before we moved in and it apparently took 3 months to fix, before we could actually move in. After moving in, so many other issues, such as leaking radiators, broken cooker, rock solid "new" carpets without any underlay, apparently all the doors were replaced and new although they are the same ones from when we viewed the house, a shower head which constantly leaks, while bathtub is leaking more water through the ceiling BACK ONTO THE PREVIOUSLY DAMP wall, which is still mid drying??? The shower is leaking so bad that water is dripping through the ceiling as of currently and apparently it's a priority issue? Funnily enough when the plumber turns up he never has the "parts" to do the full job, or gives reasons for the shower leakage as "it's a new shower, that's just how it is, I can't tighten it more" so what is the fix then sir? Also "new" radiators fitted, not sure which untrained person attached the ones in the house we are renting, the radiators are either bent, with bent pipes, or completely stuck to the wall, so forget drying anything on there, or even hanging a towel. Oh and by the way, the agency was ONLY in search of long term tenants. There is something called human decency, what is the monthly rent for? We haven't been given the liberty to live in peace since day 1. But I'm still seeing the responses from insight lettings of their "satisfied" clients and importance of "customer service"....is that for selected tenants or, because most of the reviews I've just read state the lack of care or attention given to tenants to enable them to live comfortably.

Macy was brilliant throughout my whole move in process - super efficient, always kept in touch & kept me in the loop with the process. The Lettings team in general have been brilliant and really helpful :)

Nice dealing with Insight Lettings, I never regretted my decision to let from them. I was happy from the onset of the contract till now I'm ready to move into the property. Their professionalism and feedback system is second to none. Macy, the staff handling my case, has been wonderful all through.

Cant fault the business they have been quick and efficient in getting the tenancy sorted for a property i am moving into. Macy one of their agents is absolutely wonderful so helpful and explained everything perfectly so i felt at ease. Everything has been done in a professional and respectable manner. The property i am moving into is beautiful and well maintained can see this place being a long term home for me and my family.

Can't say I'm impressed. They never rang to confirm my offer was accepted but instead sent an email that went to my junk email, meaning I ended up doing all the chasing. On the day of completion they couldn't find the keys to hand over and had to drive to the property with me to try a load they had! In the end luckily the vendor and I had spoken prior to the sale and he drove over and arranged keys for me as we had nothing to lock the flat or front door. It seems once a sale is agreed and the pocket the commission they don't give a toss!

James Kirk at Colin Ellis moved heaven and earth to accommodate my family's needs and was only ever a phone call away. Highly recommended.

If your looking for a great estate agents use gls properties, they are friendly and helpful, and have excellent customer service. They explain everything from the start, and even once the keys have been given to you, they are still there to help if you need them. fantastic people to deal with.
