Spoken to a member of the team yesterday and was informed the sales team was in a meeting. I had left a number of questions including my contact details for a member of the sales team to reply. No response. Called today only to be told the same details, the sales team are in a meeting. Feedback for the Managing Director, as a customer I would expect the team to be readily available once your business is open. If you are to hold a sales meeting I would expect the team to engage out of hours which would not impact on your customers and clients. Fortunately it has been advertised as a dual agent and I have now approached that agent which is more responsive.

The whole team was very supportive during the purchase of our first home but in particular, Angie was beyond helpful at every opportunity! Queries were always responded to quickly and she didn't mind our endless questions...I hope! Also, the new home box we were given with our keys was such a lovely touch that we both really appreciated.

Having recently selling our property with Starkey and Brown we fully recommend their service. Throughout the whole process we felt fully supported, especially from Angie who deals with aftercare. Angie supported us with advice, chasing people up and keeping us updated. Our first chain unfortunately collapsed when our seller pulled out and Angie was so supportive, and spent the time checking in to make sure we were ok. We always felt Angie had our best interests at heart, and have said a few times how using Starkey and Brown was fully worth the money purely for her support. We will certainly be recommended to anyone we know who is looking to sell.

As an Electrical contractor I've been carrying out work on rental properties managed by Liz. I find the whole team friendly and professional. Liz's communication is excellent and always replies promptly to messages and emails. I have also found Liz's knowledge of the rules and regulations around the rental market to be very good. Absolutely awful - they rang and advised that our offer had been accepted and the house was ours. Two weeks later, our estate agent rang them to get details and they said that it’s being sold to someone else!! We have accepted a lower offer to speed the process up and now have nowhere to go. Completely unprofessional.

Kevin and the team recently sold a local property which we inherited from parents. Despite the problems associated with the Covid pandemic, they kept us well informed as every stage of the process. Their approach was professional, courteous and yet always friendly. I recommend the company without hesitation.

Hunters were used in the purchase of our property. I have nothing but praise for them in the way dealt with the purchase side. From viewing the property and getting an appointment Kevin was spot on, asking questions about what we wanted and keeping us up to date once we placed an offer. Once accepted we spoke to Sharon who was the sales progressor. Never an issue getting in touch, kept us up to date and always happy to help and gave us plenty of useful tips and advice. Overall we dealt with two members of staff who were very professional in all aspects and a credit to the company. I would not hesitate in using Hunters if Kevin and Sharon are anything to go by.

They rarely call back or answer emails. I have gone off the houses before they get back to me, if they ever do! I feel for anyone selling with them as they must miss a ton of buyers!

Very poor communication, not only could they not value my house in a timely fashion, they then don't respond when I enquire about a new purchase or lie to me that the house is either no longer available or some other nonsense about not having keys. Then the house is suddenly SSTC. Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Classic example of an unregulated industry disliked by all.

Despite constant phone calls Theresa has never called me back. I put an offer on a property but no one called to say whether the offer was accepted or not. Forget it I will find a property with an estate agent that keeps its promises x

We have just moved after one of the longest house purchases in the history of house purchases. Cindy was our up line agent and without doubt was one of the main reasons our chain got over the line. This woman is tenacious beyond belief, the ultimate dog with a bone. The other agents in the line were without exception mediocre at best, Cindy got stuck in chasing agents and solicitors alike. If you want to sell your property and have the option of having this woman on your side do not pass up on the opportunity. Btw Janet is awesome also. 😂

Cant recomend highly enough!!! I had quite a tricky sale with my home which took longer than expected but Cindy went above and beyond to get things sorted out . I am afraid I cannot give positive feedback! The tenant broke the key in the patio door then told the agent! It was not reported to me and after my new tenant moved in I found out what happened with the result I had to get a new lock fitted

Caroline rings members of your family asking them for rent when there not down as a guarantor, when rent is not due ,also lies and says she doesn't receive rent .also deposited my deposit late and trying to blame the deposit scheme for it no if I don't ask you about it it would not have been deposited how ever I have got legal advice over this ! And you have already been taken to court By another tenant that loved in one of you propertys for 8 years and the court found you Caroline had said they owed you rent so you was asked to give evidence as did the other family and they had paid all rent ..you said they had not so where did there rent go ?

Please do your home work before considering Letsand. First of all I'm lumbered with another tenant from 'Hell' (the second provided by Letsand) and I am having difficulty trying to get rid of her. I wouldn't have allowed her occupancy if I knew she smashed the last house up which she rented, information Letsand didn't share with me. (I was later provided this information from the neighbour who tracked me down through The Land Registry who continues to have a number of issues with the tenant. The neighbour is even thinking of moving out due my tenants behaviour) When I asked Letsand why they didn't share this information, they didn't think I needed to know. Also, they took a very small deposit from the tenant, way below what should be taken. There are many other issues I've encountered with Letsand. They also allowed me to terminate my management agreement after I disputed ongoing repair costs which I didn't feel were justified. May I suggest asking the views from other Letting and Estate agents around the Grimsby area what they think and if what I have written rings true.

Absolutely brilliant recently, just moved out of a HMO into my own house and all staff have been really helpful and positive, I can’t thank Caroline enough for everything she has done and Yasmin has been a rock. If people are in need of good customer service and helpful staff then letsand is the place to go, they provide helpful advice and are not afraid to step in if things get out of hand. Thank you Lestand for an incredible 11 months in one of your properties and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Single glazed windows broken windows not allowed my top up rent back paid to much no repairs done boiler keeps packing up got no heating and no emergency number to ring when office closed ok taking rent

Poor company. Used to be very good when they were Willow properties. Since Belvoir took them over, the customer service has hit rock bottom. They are dishonest, don't check their facts before they give poor references and jeopardise potential new tenancies. Jobs don't get done despite numerous reminders, then they just pretend not to know anything about it. Try to withhold deposit for pathetic reasons (1 bag of rubbish left in the back yard as the wheelie bin was full). Staff are rude, unprofessional and don't care one bit about their tenants. Avoid like the plague. Such a shame.

Nightmare tenants at there property on lord st being sublet. families move in as families move out and dumping there furniture on the streets reported to office and nothing has been done reported to fly tipping department at the council now

This company has a lot to learn on how they treat their tenants! I could go into detail but the best advice I can give you is if you have to use this company make sure your strong you know your rites as being a tenant as this company can make your life hell and all their interested in is your money!

Receptionist needs to take a lesson in how to speak to people and get her facts straight regarding the art of letting houses. Utterly unbelievable what she came out with. If you pay six months up front she said it isn't acceptable ARE YOU JOKING! Had no empathy for the fact that I've been full time caring for my mother who's had secondary cancer. I would not recommend.

Very rude. Not sure why the lettings manager seems to have a issue with me or if its just her customer service charm. Even if the perfect house came up with them i would not deal with her again. Thank you for taking the time to call me and respond to this. Unfortunatley it was more of beckys manner that i took issue with not the fact that a landlord has said no pets. I understand that. This is not my first request about houses for rent with yourself. However on every occasion i have felt belittle and that i am been a nusisance. Iv never been offered to register with you to find propertys despite asking for help on a previous email. This maybe a diffrence in customer service styles i am happy to draw a line under it and request to rent a house elsewhere.
