Over a period of some 17 years we have been dealing with Riverside, as a tenant originally, a buyer and then a landlord before finally ending the association through the sale of our property - all with one Estate Agent. That should tell you a lot in itself. We have always found the staff helpful, professional and keen to help whilst being friendly and approachable. The fact that we live away from Hull meant it was very important that we had people we could trust and rely on - Riverside have always met that challenge and provided us with reassurance and assistance. If I could give it no stars I would, 1 star is absolutely more than generous. Extremely rude staff member that WILL NOT listen to you. Had a major leak and all she could snap was if I had water, gas and electric it wasn’t an emergency. It was a major leak that completely ruined the carpet, kids toys and toy box. And no one came to look for three days.

Why is that much difficulty to rent a flat I have been with larards 4 years I don't owe you single penny and when I moved in number 11 story street it was like right mess I spent lot's of money on I didn't deserved that

I rented a property from Larards during 2007-2008 and then again from 2009-2011 and I always struggled to communicate with the staff, their lack of enthusiasm was always disappointing. I recently rang up with an enquiry about another property they had to let and was promptly given a very curt one word answer and then the phone was put down on me. I do wonder if the landlords of these properties realise how potential and indeed current tenants are treated?!
