Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

Required to pay money first and then told we're not suitable tenants for the flat we paid. Do not recommend them at all.

I phoned Higson Homes to ask some questions about one of their properties. I spoke to the Director, Joni. She was SO helpful! She answered all of my questions, and gave me so much more helpful additional information which set me up to make good decisions on the property I was considering. She stayed on the phone with me after hours just to make sure I had everything I needed. I hope I get to work with Higson Homes in the future- highly recommended!!

DO NOT rent any properties with wardbright! We use to live here and the only reason we moved was because from the day we moved in we had problems with them, they act as both the agency and landlord, they treated us horrendously, the property was full of damp and mould which they didnt sort out, things were frequently breaking and not being repaired for months and when they do repairs they use the cheapest of materials and dont fix the problem only cover it up! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Were not bad people and we wouldn't lie, we seriously dont want anyone having the misfortune of renting off them!

Amy Little, 20 Apr 2021

Although not great from the beginning, my issues with Wardbright started when I moved out of one of their properties. A dispute arose over repairs that needed carrying out; Wardbright attempted to get me to redecorate almost the entire property, and it was only when I requested photos of the property prior to my tenancy did I realise that I had not caused some of the damage they were claiming I had. When called out on this, Wardbright simply did not respond. After spending a considerable amount of time and effort redecorating and deep cleaning the property, including the kitchen, I was horrified to find that workmen had been sent in to tear out the kitchen without my knowledge. I was still in possession of the keys and was still a legal tenant, so this was a clear breach of the tenancy agreement. When questioned, Wardbright claimed that the workmen had not been hired by themselves, and had instead been hired by the landlord. In subsequent correspondence, Wardbright admitted that they are in fact the landlord, and legal owners of the property. Due to the inconvenience, I decided to request a rent refund for the weeks that the property was rendered uninhabitable. Wardbright agreed to a six day refund, which they sent by cheque through the post. Apparently nobody at Wardbright owns a calculator, as the amount I received was not equivalent to six days rent. Again I complained, deciding to pursue reparations for the original amount. Wardbright have refused, and so the saga continues... The staff are friendly enough so long as you don't mind being lied to repeatedly, and if you do decide to rent with Wardbright, maybe you'll have a nice new fitted kitchen.

Don't understand the bad reviews been nothing but helpful and supportive with me been in the proeprty nearly a year. Terry is really good and there on the other end of the phone if you need anything. Always been respectful and polite.

Been with Wardbright for a year now and genuinely had no issues. Everytime I have needed a repair or had an issue I've had a next day response and a repair guy out within a couple of days. Don't let the negative reviews put you off, as far as letting companies in Hull go they are by far the best I have ever dealt with!

I am currently renting with Wardbright and they are brilliant, I have been with them for nearly 2 years. Any issue I have had has been sorted out quickly and the maintenance team are lovely.

We had quotes from a few different estate agents, Neil Kaye's wasn't the cheapest quote we had, but definitely worth the money spent. Brilliant company to deal with, property was up for a week before it sold. Then lockdown happened which put everything on hold, but Neil Kaye's kept us up to date every step of the way. Very professional, friendly and made the experience very easy.

Used the services of Hull2Let in July 2020 - what an awful experience. Jo is rude and very unprofessional. She works with local companies to rip landlords off. I have rented properties in Hull for over 10 years and this is the first time I have used Hull2Let. Never again! I would certainly not recommend this agent to others.

I have been renting with Hull2let for over 3 years. Let me tell you what a fantastic company they are. They have supported and guided me in the application process and responded to any enquiry we had over the years. Jo is incredibly professional and has always treated us with utmost respect. If I ever need to move home, I know where I'm going.

Have used Hull2Let for a number of years now owing to an easy, hassle free service. The staff are highly competent and professional and will always go the extra mile to ensure a great service. We started using Hull2Let be sure we weren't sure if we were meeting all our legal requirements and within no time they had us back on track and happy in the knowledge that everything was taken care of. Could not recommend these guys enough

Ten out five makes no mathematical sense, but if you ever use there services you will understand the statement. We ended up using Hull2Let by chance and was astonished by how professional they are. In addition to the professional approach we found them to be very attentive and go above and beyond what was expected. We now look forward to working with Hull2let a lot more in the future. Keep up the fantastic work, it is a credit to all that work there.

Avoid like the plague, viewing was nowhere near long enough and Sarah was cold and unwelcoming. House was disgusting top to bottom and had a major damp and black mould problem at time of second viewing and was not fit for living in! They would have happily let us move in with those problems! They lied to us multiple times and then upon withdrawal of our application they refused to return our deposit even though the home was not in a liveable condition. Photos taken a couple of days before they would have had us move in. Absolute disgrace, should close their doors for good.
