Well, what can we say? Absolutely fantastic service from Jemma at Reeds Rains who supported us through our house purchase. The house we made an offer on went to probate just towards the end of our buying journey which extended the process by several months. Jemma supported us by keeping us up to date and going the extra mile to ensure we were fully informed with what was going on even if it was just to up date us that there was no news. A mention to Kaylee too who was a great support at the end of our buying journey, particularly by constantly following up with the vendors solicitors who were reluctant to engage in communications most of the time! Keep up the fantastic work and your both a huge asset to the Bridlington branch. Thank you all so much... We finally made it!

I’ve just recently rented a property through Reeds Rains. Due to covid-19 the move was a little more difficult than I might of anticipated but the Bridlington branch did a great job of helping me. Hunters and in particular Catherine were there to guide us through the process of selling our home over a very lengthy period. It has been a potentially very stressful time due to a number of delays, non of which were related to Hunters. However, Catherine provided an excellent service providing reassurance and professional guidance. She has a calm and sincere manner and provided all the information required for us to make an informed decision. Communication throughout the process was good and kept us informed of progress and any delays were explained. She chased things up when asked and was polite, courteous and has a sense of humour which she shared at appropriate times. We highly recommend this company to deal professionally with the sale of your home. We are also in the process of purchasing a home through Hunters and this is proceeding well with the same professionalism shown as with our sale.

Absolutely superb service from Bethany Taylor. Bethany used her initiative and moved heaven and earth to fit in with us as we had travelled from Gloucestershire to Bridlington to view a property which turned out to be unsuitable. What might have been a very long and wasted trip turned out to be a successful venture resulting in us finding exactly what we wanted. We switched to Hunters after not been happy with the service of another estate agents in Bridlington. We were so impressed with Hunters at every stage of selling our house. We had lots of viewings, all the people who viewed our house were in a position to proceed with a sale and they provided us with prompt feedback. All the staff were very professional, proactive and helpful, especially Catherine and Beth. We would definitely recommend Hunters Estate Agents Bridlington to others.

Chambers spoke to me very unprofessional with ending my tendency due to problems with the flat every room had ramp which they knew about and haven't bothered to come and sort out then then started kicking off with me then blocked me. Not the best company to rent a flat from stay away!!

Forced to deal with this company regarding service charges and ground rent to my property. Over the years I've had to communicate with them, they never follow through with even basic enquiries. Have never called me back even after multiple promises that it wont happen again. They confirmed a payment I sent for ground rent after me having to chase them down multiple times only to get a snotty letter complaining in had not paid and implied I needed to sort my finances out. Only to find out they placed the money in the wrong account which I had to basically help them to do it by sending my own bank statements. No apology. Absolute joke of a company.

Poor service from this letting agent, staff have very poor knowledge on current rental laws and little idea on deposit scheme process so be prepared when handing your bond over as may be last you see of it, elderly owner has even less knowledge, seem to make up company policies as they go along. The lettings manager is standoffish in manner with no idea how to deal with people professionally, doesn’t respond to emails and phone messages regarding repairs and has a very bad attitude when challenged directly. Eventually after a lot of effort sends odd job man round to fix stuff instead of reputable local tradesmen so don’t expect a tidy job. They don’t seem bothered if the rent is paid or not as nothing was pursued when late paying once, they didn’t complete any property inspections either, which I thought were yearly. Expected better.
