4 letting agents in Worcester

Left me with dodgy electrics for years despite numerous calls and visits to the office and various staff promising to get it sorted. Kitchen and bathroom so old they were falling to bits and noting ever done when I called to report issues..The last time I called to report an ongoing issue which they never sorted, I was told by (rosana I think her name was) in a snoty tone to calm down as its not her fault because it's the first she knew about it which was a blatant lie as I'd been in the office twice and explained it to her face to face.The place was in need of repair when I moved in but hardly anything was ever done. I never missed rent in nearly 8 years yet they hounded me for 3 years for an alleged £35 they said I owed, which I showed them proof I'd paid but they still kept sending threatening letters. I could write an essay on how bad this company really is. One of my smoke alarms broke when I moved in and was hanging off the ceiling with wires dangling down and when they came to do a property inspection they marked on the checklist that all smoke alarms were working and had been tested! Absolutely unbelievable. Another time I was in reporting my dodgy electrics and broken extractor and Roberta who was very rude and had no interest told me I'd never complained about it before. I told her I'd reported it to her several times and also to Heather to which she replied there's no Heather that works at leaders and she'd never heard of her. This was very bizarre, especially when I saw Heather walk past in the back and told Roberta she was behind her. The reply I got was "I haven't got time for this" and she walked off! Two days after I handed in my notice an electrician called to say leaders had instructed him to fix the dodgy electrics and extractor fan which I couldn't believe as I'd been complaining for a few years. When I phoned leaders to say how disgusting it was that they were sorting it out once I'd left, I was told they hadn't instructed anyone to sort it, which is a blatant lie as an electrician couldn't guess my name address and phone number, as well as who I rent through and what the exact problem was. Shockingly bad who have no interest in their tenants at all.

Me and my partner are due to start renting with Leaders next month, and so far the process has been smooth. Sophie Clifton has been helping me since the start, and has remained in consistent contact with me, providing regular updates on any progress with our application, and has answered my many queries very quickly.
