We chose Mike from Belvoir to manage our property from November 2020. He was highly recommended by a friend. Belvoir has really helped in putting our mind at rest. Mike and his team is super efficient and the communication is very good too. He gives excellent advice on matters when needed and so far all their help and advice has been very valuable. Belvoir has regularly updated us with any government guidelines that have changed due to Covid 19. I would recommend them highly.

Fantastic service provided by Belvoir in selling our home. Very impressed with the way they dealt with the sale but especially with the time and effort put in by Katie. She was absolutely brilliant when the original sale fell through in getting lots more viewings booked in and an offer/sale within days. Would definitely recommend.

Unbelievable Service! From the very start these guys have made the whole process of renting a property so easy and stress free. They have been in constant contact since the moment we contacted them for a viewing. Our experience with Whitegates are that of complete satisfaction. They talk and explain everything, They are great at what they do and will answer your calls and questions at the earliest opportunity. They worked very hard for us, they sold our property within a week and it was with deep regret that we had to pull out of the process. Having no previous contact with Whitegates in the past, I purchased a property from them recently. Their service was excellent from day 1 right through to completion. Reminiscent to a couple of reviews I’ve read on here, it’s true that both women working at this branch react on impulse rather than respond in a compassionate or atleast understanding way, regarding any concerns I’ve ever shared as a tenant. I agree that they have an underlying attitude problem and it’s apparent in their tone of voice too when they speak. Rent me now should get rid of them including the cowboy of a branch manager. Bunch of unprofessionals. Steer away and look elsewhere people.

I have waiting on 9th of June 2021 on my son birthday waiting for Council to come out do some repairs and the cheek of Council said my repairs has be completed I went on my Wolverhampton homes page and you’re telling me the repair has been done no one hasn’t come out to my property no one hasn’t ring me or anything Wolverhampton Council is a joke you can’t do nothing right there is people living in the property that needs help I have complained many times no respect for no others I am going to the media to shame this council and show all the photos and I will get it sorted my self. Have emailed and photos sent to the Wolverhampton local MP to get this sorted

Drivers are racially abusive. They blocked me in & asked them to move. They wouldn’t so instead they become abusive. Tried to report but the company isn’t interested

My Son and I both suffer from Mental Health problems. We have been bidding for over 2 yrs for council property. We have recently been served with an eviction notice and should have been out of this property since 21st of Jan 2020. The Landlord first tried to serve us with section 21 notices and Wolverhampton Homes chose to ignore them. And now that the Landlord has served us with a section 8 they continue not to help. I suffered from long term sickness from work for 6 months and got into arrears with the rent. Wolverhampton Homes have been creating barriers and now have excluded me from visiting the offices. This service clearly lacks humility and consideration for its vulnerability members of it Wolverhampton community. This agency looks to be designed to push away as many people as possible and neglect their duties. I have complained time and time again of their poor understanding of our circumstances and now feel it's time to bring this to the media. They seriously need to be investigated as they frustrate those in need and make our circumstances worse. I have asked time and time again to speak to Managers who refuse to talk to the general public in person. I urge all those that suffer from poor customer service to do the same. I want the management team to be held accountable for their poor management skills and inability to train members of there staff to help vulnerable people. They expect us to know the housing laws and regulations without trying to explain or give proper straight forward advise. I continue to suffer and I am off sick again due to the distress this homeless issue. They should be held accountable for causing distress and pay costs for their negligence!!

Really impressed with the service. The whole house moving process is already stressful enough with so much going on but Surj who looked after me and my partner throughout was brilliant. Always was available and able to provide any updates and was able to explain anything I was unsure of. Really helped a lot to keep the whole process moving as fast as possible.

Found and advert from one of their properties trough an app literally after one month trying to find the perfect house. After sending the request, received a call from Jon and request a visit and boom next day had it. Made an offer and in the same day had everything signed from my phone. After some days had my credit check and all of the paperwork done trough their portal that it’s absolutely amazing, just had to upload my documents. And now we are expecting to move next month. That’s it, they made everything super easy, everything visible with no filters and with a lot of help from the agent that it’s an absolute star. Recommended 100%.

Dreadful service. My partner was due to look at a property to rent. He was calling the day before and on the day to check it was still going ahead as he knew they were redecorating the property. He turned up to the property for his appointment and no one was there. Then when he called to find out what was going on someone finally answered and said they had never scheduled a viewing for that time and it was the first time he'd called. No apology, nothing.

Arranged a viewing on a property, turned up at scheduled time and no one was there. I left voice ails only for a rude bloke to call me back and say this is the first time we've spoken. Useless and I won't be using them again.

Organised a viewing on a rental and loved the place. Told the agent id like to proceed there and then and was told someone else before me had said they wanted the property 3 days ago , but if they had not heard from them by 5.30 that day I could apply. Felt it was unfair as i was certain and ready to proceed there and then, but agreed. I recieved application at 5.15 that day via email. I filled it in the next morning, confirmed over the phone that I was taking it in and even discussed my payment of a ' holding fee' over the phone... i decided to wait until i got to branch. 45 minutes later i arrive at Wolverhampton office. Hand in my paper work and am told someone was being credit checked already for the property and that I would be contacted if they failed! Totally sent me on wild goose chase for a property that already had an application pending ' just in case' their credit check failed. Resulted in a lot of disappointment and wasted time . Very misleading agent and unethical. They have taken the ad down now and not even bothered to contact me to say whats happened. They have paperwork with all my personal details, inc bank details and I have no idea what they have done with it because it wasnt used for my application! They assure me that this us how its done throughout the estate agent world, but all other viewings ive had that resulted in someone sending in an application before me was cancelled via email . Id like to ask Harveys... Why take viewings on properties that you have applications for? Why wait for someone who was interested 3 days ago when you have someone saying they will apply that day? Why discuss holding fees and offer a mobile number to call to pay it because ' the card readers with the manager at his or her home?' and why get someone to travel to branch to tell them that you have a credit check in progress and application 45 minutes after a phone call to check all was still ok? And what has happened to my application containing my bank details and other private info? Very dodgy. Agree with other negative comments. Avoid.

If I could I even didn't give a star. The worst estate agency is this one. They never answer to emails or phones unless is about money. I have been trying to make the landlord who is the manager of Harveys Estate to fix some building contents since I moved in and still nothing has been done. They're only after you're money and nothing else. Avoid them like plague!!!

My cooker Hob was broken and They sort it out in the 24 hours. Contractor fixed it in just 15 minutes. Now Was very good quality services. I'm very happy.
