A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. After I purchased my property he even recommended contractors to assist with the installation of my new kitchen and bathroom. We didn't list our previous property through Apple Property Solutions, however our sellers listed with them and so our new house purchase went through Apple. We found them to be professional and very helpful. They helped explain things we didn't understand at the time and were great at chasing things through so that we met important deadlines along the way.

Really professional, helpful and friendly estate agents. Dave Singh is a star. I was purchasing a property through Dave and it took over a year because of several underlying issues related to planning on the site followed by Covid. Dave was supporting the sale process all the way, managing expectations for the vendor from beginning to end. He went out of the way to help get several surveys and repair quotes done which no other estate agents do..I have already asked him to source more properties for me and handing over my existing portfolio to him. Highly recommend them. Thank you Dave and Apple property...

They did what it says on the tin! The house was put on the market, with a practical and honest valuation. The house sold. Each viewing was done with an Apple representative. I was kept fully up to date ie the buyers updates. This was handled professionally, and efficiently. Happy to recommend Apple Property Solutions and Dave. Thank you
