I am very happy with the way that Jez at Billingham & Co dealt with the sale of my property. A global pandemic does not make moving any easier and there were a few worrying moments along the way, but Jez was always there to offer advice and reassurance when needed, even on his days off! Not very good experience as a tenant.On leaving,no matter how you clean your house they will still bring out something to deduct money from your deposit.Charge me £60 of damage which was already there when we have moved in!
