HORRIBLE COMPANY.. we have trying to get them to send someone to fix items for over 6 months... please be careful..there is zero service

Not polite at all. They told me that they would contact me about out a property I was interesting in, never happened instead I contacted them I booked an appointment with difficulty as they don't book appointment on weekends or after 5 on weekdays. However they do expect you to have a job in order to let you apply for a property. But nothing about this matters as they didn't even show up- please note I use my annual leave for this appointment to happen- and and didn't even have the decency to call and let me know, I was waiting for 20 minutes in the cold for nothing.

Patrick is a star, He has helped us start out on the market and gave us a lot of tips and hints that other agents won't. At no point did I feel he was pushing for a sale which is amazing. He really did want what was best for me.

Very knowledgeable, informative and professional. Great people who you can trust to manage your properties properly. Proper inspections, tenant checks all paperwork is perfect, so any problems, due to arrears or just wanting eviction , there are no holdbacks. Great for HMO and family properties. Advice on rental, conformity and regulations is concise and relevant.

Ardun Homes when they started off were very professional and their services was good . Off late you pay them money to find a tenant and they don’t complete the relevant checks . They don’t do reference checks on tenants, no affordability assessment is completed. The tenant will struggle to pay rent on the first month. I will never use them again , it’s a rip off as they don’t provide a Service you pay them for. They no longer care about the repercussions of finding you a tenant without completing relevant checks as long as they get money from you.

My experience with Ardun Homes was perfect. They are really kind, understanding, flexible and always eager to help. I highly recommend co operating with them.

I can recommend Maison Estate us letting agent. They are very qualified and very helpful. Pat was working over Christmas time when agency was closed, for make sure we can move in at the beginning of the year. He was explaining everything about renting process from application to sign in contract and collect the key. We did collect key at Saturday and unfortunately, heating didn't work properly so he helps us and send gas engineer this same day. Good job Maison Estate team and especially you Pat. Been with this estate agent for over 7 years absolutely fantastic. Any problems and they are there.

Depends on your experience. We rented a horrible home but solely for the purpose of being able to save money as it was the cheapest. It did the job but I'm glad to be gone. That said, complete lettings were reasonable. The landlord didn't get much of his house fixed but the agents did put the questions through so they did their part
